I don't consume artificial sweeteners and prefer one with minimal processed ingredients. I use Orgain peanut butter protein powder.

Orgain plant based peanut butter protein powder has no artificial sweeteners (Stevia is used) and no heavy metals. In addition to being healthy it tastes really good.

Basically any non-milk protein powder seems worth a shot.  Orgain has a very weird flavor and texture (IMO) due to their creamer base. A more neutral plant based one is worth a shot. Too many options to list them all personally I like Sunwarrior but it's kind of pricey, so I also use plain soy or pea protein.

Orgain protein power in the peanut butter flavor. It's my favorite. They make an unflavored one too but I haven't tried it.

origin is great tasting plant protein. they use a blend of pea and pumpkin seed it cuts out that earthy/muddy texture.

if u want soy free specifically u can try origin nutrition . it uses a blend of pea and pumpkin seed protein so it is safe for u. flavor wise it is best tasting vegan protein in india and feels way less chalky than carbamide. another option is the whole truth plant protein zero gums zero soy and sweetened with monk fruit. both are solid upgrades over standard pea isolates.

r/workoutWhat is the best protein powder that doesn't mess up your stomach?

I use Orgain from Costco. They have chocolate and vanilla. I use it for a meal replacement or blend it with plain Greek yogurt and sugar free pudding or jello for a low calorie sweet dessert. Good stuff. No stomach issues and I’m lactose intolerant.

Great. I use the TL in Overnight Oats mostly, sometimes in smoothies. It mixes better than the Orgain which is a little chalky.

I prefer OWYN protein shakes because they have clean ingredients, but I've also used Orgain. Never had any issues for my little ones.
