if you're willing to spend more, the premade Owyn drinks or orgain ones are decent. orgain you can get a flat of 18 (iirc) for $30 at Costco. they both have 20g protein, but the orgain is more of a meal replacement as well and has lots of nutrition which may make it a better option.

Alternate Orgain Vegan and TL French Vanilla

Great. I use the TL in Overnight Oats mostly, sometimes in smoothies. It mixes better than the Orgain which is a little chalky.

I prefer OWYN protein shakes because they have clean ingredients, but I've also used Orgain. Never had any issues for my little ones.

A friend just recommended Orgain protein to me as well. I haven’t tried it yet but hoping it works out since the whey protein I tried upsets my stomach.

Yeah. I’ve been using it the powder in smoothies. I’m not a big milk person. It’s fine in things but drinking a glass of milk kind of grosses me out and making it thicker with protein would just make that worse.

Love Orgain! I can get it at Costco $28 for a massive container. I also use whatever plantbased milk I can get my hands on at Costco

I also drink Orgain. I can’t stand the taste of stevia in most protein shakes. Orgain is the only one I actually enjoy drinking.

I take Orgain protein powder and it tastes good to me, not gritty like other brands I tried. No side effects that I know of. Been doing it for 3m ish.

r/workoutWhat is your favorite protein powder with low calories, fat, and sugar?

I’d just be a little careful with the “low calorie = healthiest” mindset. Sometimes the powders that are super low in calories or fat are also stripped of useful stuff (and packed with fillers or artificial ingredients to make up for taste). There’s a Reddit user who did a huge [comparison sheet of protein powders](https://www.reddit.com/user/Industrious_Bradly1/comments/1mv97y1/comparing_protein_powders_by_brand/) where you can sort by calories, protein per scoop, and ingredients (it’s honestly the easiest way to see what you’re actually getting for the price). Personally, I stick with Orgain most of the time. It’s around 180 calories per serving, but it’s clean and has a better ingredient list than something like Herbalife, which costs more and gives you way less protein.
