I like the orgain plant based superfood protein powder if I’m making a full on smoothie - frozen fruit, almond milk, spinach, peanut butter. But I usually just have a protein milk with my meds in the morning - I’ve tried them all and prefer the fairlife nutrition chocolate milk (lactose free) and the orgain plant based protein chocolate milk.
I and my parents use Origin. It's bit chalky but really easy to digest, and that's important for us
I like Orgain; it's pea protein. I get it at Trader Joe's and add it to smoothies and yogurt. https://www.traderjoes.com/home/products/pdp/orgain-vanilla-bean-organic-protein-boost-powder-077804
I make a daily coffee protein shake but it’s definitely not cheap. Here’s my recipe: 1c cold brew (or just leftover coffee) 1 scoop collagen peptides (various brands, whatever’s on sale) 1 tsp mushroom coffee powder 1 scoop chocolate flavored greens supplement 1tsp colustrum powder (this really helps w/ my seasonal allergies for some reason) 2 scoops Orgain coffee flavor protein powder 3/4c fat free cottage cheese or yogurt Sometimes I add sugar free coffee syrup or espresso powder or cacao nibs, but not always. Ice I blend this like crazy with a little water if needed. It generally gives me roughly 60g of protein with very little sugar & keeps me full all morning. The nootropics from the mushroom coffee really give me sustained focus with no crash.
I find that the clean simple eats brand gives me really good results, unfortunately because it’s on the pricier side. I do find I need to add 1/8-1/4 tsp of xanthan gum to alleviate iciness and that’s on top of the pudding powder I always throw in out of habit. Note I also use ungodly amounts of Splenda and allulose in my mixes bc I’m a real sicko with a sweet tooth. I really like orgain vegan chocolate for my more bargain oriented frequent rotation chocolate point. I have been sampling a few other chocolates and they’re fine but I find I need less cocoa powder to get a deep chocolate flavor. Again I need the xanthan for this.
Orgain protein powder in chocolate fudge (or something like that) and vanilla are great. It’s at Sam’s & Costco.

I have spent so much money on protein powder. It’s so expensive, so it must taste the best, right? Turns out whey protein has the same gross taste, aftertaste, and post-meal bloating, regardless the flavor and ‘quality’ Orgain Organic Vegan Protein Powder ( vanilla for me) is the first protein powder I’ve actually finished and reordered. It’s great and bakes well to boot.
*** use a blender, add plant milk Nothing tastes good with water and a blender bottle it needs to be blended up really well Orgain vanilla or Huel chocolate
I like Orgain vegan protein. I usually buy vanilla bc it's cheaper then add a little coca powder. I always put with a banana and sometimes frozen fruit in it or blueberries and frozen fruit. I also put greens powder some super seeds. Orgain also makes non flavored protein powder.
Hey! I like Orgain’s plant-based protein for this. It’s low sugar, low fat, and not too sweet. Hope this helps! 🌱
