Only What’s Needed’s Cold Coffee Protein is amazing, plus its clean and good in quality. Whole Truth is all the above things, plus a little lighter and a little tastier, but marginally costlier. Get a kilogram of both and try for yourself, both are good. For Muscle Blaze, throw it in the dustbin.
I too ordered this Coffee flavoured, for me it sucked😵 Like literally started 1.5 scoop just to finish it asap. That after taste was unbearable for me. I am a regular user of Naturaltein's Pea Protein - mostly chocolate flavor, that is good (if you wanna try sometime). Recently shifted to Nutrabay Gold Whey - kesar pista flavor, taste is SUPERB, a little costly but if you can spend, try this for once!
If whey gave you bloating, shifting to plant protein makes sense, but I’d be a bit careful with cheap soy isolates they’re hit or miss in terms of taste, mixability, and trust factor. Nutrabox isn’t very widely reviewed, so unless you find solid third-party lab reports, I’d personally avoid making it your main protein. If you liked Only Whats Needed, it’s honestly worth waiting or restocking it’s cleaner and easier on digestion. Meanwhile, you can check options like BigMuscles Real Plant Protein, AsItIs Plant Protein, or Nakpro Plant Protein or you can also go for Superyou ka yeast protein, all usually fall close to your budget and are more tried/tested in India. Taste-wise, chocolate variants are safest. Also since you’re taking it with 500ml milk, digestion can still feel heavy try half milk + half water once and see if that helps.
I use muscle blaze whey, and have tried only what's needed also. are these good, or any recs?
His brand's name is only what's needed and he is not making an unflavoured version on it....come on.. that should be the first thing he do
Babe I tried only whats needed and it was soooo bad and it tasted like horlicks. I shifted to Whole Truth
