I think the best in every aspect is only what's needed According to budget and also according to digestion Feels light on the gut Also you guys can suggest some better protein which feels smooth and light on the gut - budget friendly (around ₹3500)

>there’s no harm when it comes from monk fruit, zero calories and all natural. Well OWN stands for Only Whats Needed...🙂🙃 Anyways I think Revant ji wanted the taste to be as simple as it can be so that people can customize it according to their pallete like add more monk fruit/Stevia or Unsweetened Cocoa to it. I've also heard that it is a aquired taste and once you have finished 500gms of that thing you cannot go back to another powder. Also why would you drink protien powder with JUST water?! Adding milk and water in 1:1 ratio(like for 500ml of protien shake add 250ml of both water and milk) would add another ~8gms of protien and NUMEROUS other Micronutrients which are hard to get otherwise! Remember 500ml of milk a day can completely fulfill you daily Vit-B12 requirements! Also have you tried the new **Coffee flavor of OWN**? I've heard people say it's quite a strong taste and tastes more like their regular latte coffee than protien shake!

lmfao we would barely have a few brands then...only ones i can recall are foodpharmer's only what's needed, TwT and maybe kirkland but they're mostly too sweet. idk

have used only whats needed protein for around 2 months or so now..digestion has been smooth and the ingredient list is pretty straightforward. what i liked most is that they share lab test reports publicly, so it feels more transparent compared to most brands.

I think OWN(only whats needed) is a better protein for the price
