I enjoy OWYN, it’s a plant-based protein powder (whey upsets my stomach). Chocolate is my preference; haven’t tried vanilla. I also enjoy the Fairlife Nutrition Plan 30g High Quality Protein chocolate premixed drinks (I get a case each time I’m at Costco).

Glad to hear it! Well, I gotta say I've tried a couple vegan protein powders and OWYN is by far my favorite!

Yes. I only like owyn in chocolate flavor. Also there are 2 versions (the one with lower protein amount tastes better imo). Truvani is not bad but still a little grainy i feel like. Havent tried ripple yet.

They did change the Vega Sport recipe- really unfortunate; It also seems like Owyn Pro Elite changed their Chocolate recipe as well. The taste is off or is it just me..I’m trying to find a replacement now..😞

I like Fairlife, but I’m one of the people who can’t tolerate carrageenan well and it was exacerbated by the Zepbound. Got the worst abdominal pain and cramps and was miserable for days. I get the Only What You Need vegan protein that is 30g protein and 0g sugar in chocolate, and I think it’s tasty and does the job well. I add half a frozen banana and either almond milk or Fairlife milk if I need to squeeze in more protein for the day. Sometimes a spoonful of PB2 as well.

I really like OWYN, the dark chocolate flavor. It’s plant based, and I can’t handle cows milk and chocolate flavor can be easier to handle with morning sickness than vanilla. But I also like the Ryse jiffy peanut butter protein powder, it is whey, but whey is pregnancy safe. A lot of wheys have extra sugar and carbs though and could be why some say to avoid it
