Faced same issue. But it got sorted though after stirring and not shaking Stir for 10 mins non stop then wait for 5-10 mins and stir again as per lumps But the taste and smell are horrible. I vomited 2 times. It was hard to digest for me

Owyn is pretty good and cost effective at Costco. The pro elite has 33 grams of protein. Tvp (not a shake, more like a plant based crumble) is also amazing, for every quarter cup it's 80 calories to 12 grams of protein.

As long as I am getting good lab checked protein at sub 1500 range, I don't vare about taste at all. This is truly a game changer for me.

yeah and the ingredient list also looked pretty minimal… mostly just the protein blend and flavouring. better than those long ingredient lists some plant proteins have

Love OWYN! All plant-based. No whey protein or milk products. Super easy to digest.

I bought one, and i liked it. My main goal is protein. For me it's never about taste. Well it does feel a little blend. All in all you can try once and then decide. What i really liked was they sent a pamphlet with instructions in Braille for visual impaired peeps. That's very very sweet.

Worst protein I have ever tried.very bad taste and mixability is worse than nakpro

I love OWYN! Helped me fill in extra calories and protein at the beginning. Cookies and Creamless is my favorite. Also Koia drinks 😊 no issues for baby with either!

OWYN, doesn’t upset my stomach. Plant based, gluten free and has probiotics. 30g protein per serving. Doesn’t taste like shit is the best part.

Keep aside for 5-10mins  for foam issue
