Stir for 10 mins non stop then wait for 5-10 mins and stir again as per lumps
But the taste and smell are horrible. I vomited 2 times. It was hard to digest for me

You would probably like Levels Grass Fed Whey Protein. You can get it at WalMart and Kroger for sure. It was around $20 for a lb. Everything is expensive now so for what you are looking for that doesn’t have heavy metals and a shit ton of ingredients is rather small. 6 ingredients. Good flavor.
The best tasting stuff I have tried was OnlyWhatYouNeed (OWYN brand) plant protein plus supergreens in Dark Chocolate. Mixes with a spoon and tastes like fair life chocolate milk. Its $25ish for 20ounces i think. Again as far as taste goes it is number one.
I bought one, and i liked it. My main goal is protein. For me it's never about taste. Well it does feel a little blend. All in all you can try once and then decide. What i really liked was they sent a pamphlet with instructions in Braille for visual impaired peeps. That's very very sweet.
