Check out PB fit. Perfect for this type of application. Low cal, peanut taste, extra protein, extra fiber, easy to mix into this without clumping up or making your shake too thick.
Cycling through trying different chocolate ones from Costco currently, the Kirkland seems to be the best to me for now. Add in pbfit powder and you have a Reese’s pudding, some frozen blueberries and it’s a fiber bomb that is basically Reese’s blue berry candy.
Try throwing in a scoop or so of pbfit, drank em for a year every other day back when the powder was cheaper
I prefer the flavor of this to the ON chocolate. Do yourself a favor and get the pb fit powder. Add a teaspoon to your mix.
But pb2 has significantly better taste for the same amount of calories. I’ll legit never buy pbfit again.
buying in bulk is a good tip! my local grocer only carries PBFit and their own store-brand, but even those are cheaper than any other plant-based protein powders they carry (and the macros are pretty similar)! definitely recommend
isopure plant based powder is delicious! i’ve even baked with it. edamame (steamed or dry roasted), TVP, textured vegetable protein, nutritional yeast, tofu, iq bars, nugo, nocow, and btr nation bars, catalina crunch cereal, edamame noodles (i buy The Only Bean), torpillas beyondchipz “salty good” eta: oh and So Delicious unsweetened df yogurt is so low in cals that you can load it up with whatever powder you like. pbfit is delicious in it and so is the Isopure i mentioned
I do one scoop of orgain chocolate 1.5 scoops pb fit and mixed berries and soy milk usually
The Costco protein (Kirkland, I assume you're referring to) is price-competitive ($3.81/100g protein), but a bit high on the calorie side (520 cal/100g protein). PBFit, unfortunately, is cheap ($3.28/200g protein)) but very high on calories (750 cal/100g of protein). Something to watch out for!
PBfit is even better
