I like Premier Protein, the Caffe Latte one- drink half on my way to OTF 6am!

I’m waiting for the day the Premiere Protein ones go on sale again. I don’t like any others.

Premier protein from Costco is my go to at the moment. 30g per serve for only 160kcal. Either that or Bodiez protein water

Premier Protein shakes and powder are both good. I got a big canaster of Premier Protein Vanilla Milkshake Protein powder from Sam's Club. I Mike it up and pour it over ice. It tastes like a milkshake with the texture of water

For a plain protein shake I like Nurri vanilla. It’s also amazing combined with an Olipop root beer because it tastes like a float for only a few more calories. My go to breakfast is cafe latte or caramel premier shake with espresso cold brew from Stok.

I really like having it as iced coffee in the morning. I use the premier protein cafe latte flavor (the only good one IMO) with ice, zero sugar whip cream/caramel. It’s so good and literally just tastes like coffee to me. 160 calories 30 G protein I believe 0 sugar and maybe 5 carbs. I know you’re not on a diet but just wanted to break down the quality of the protein. I also like dannon light and fit yogurt, it’s 80 cal and 12 G protein. I sometimes dip strawberries or pretzels in it or top with nuts and seeds

That’s what I drink. I use the powder in my coffee and also in my milk for oatmeal and in my yogurt and cottage cheese. I use the drinks to drink!
