I mix 2 scoops of Premier Protein powder (cafe latte or caramel) into Stok brand cold brew. I use a milk frother to remove the clumps and then add ice. Has me feeling like a barista lol

What is the best protein powder that doesn’t have the spoiled milk taste in it? I tried my protein powders in shakes, yogurt, foods and they all taste like spoiled milk. I used Isopure 100% Whey Isolate and Premier Protein in vanilla. I mainly use it with yogurt and granola so I’d rather it be a vanilla or strawberry tasting one but whatever works! Thank you!

Yes like nobody can taste what I’m tasting!! It like fills all my tastebuds with this spoiled, powdery, tangy milk taste and everyone else says it doesn’t. 🤷‍♀️

yes! its been a game changer for me, people hate but i love my protein coffee and icecream/baked goods. i look on amazon for sales, pure protein and premier go on sale every couple weeks but the flavor is random. walmart and aldi also have generic options. ocean state job lot (close-out store) has usually something and I can usually find powdered protein for ~$12-20 for a big tub there. dollar tree will get some VERY random protein, but at $1.25 its a steal. a milk frother helps A TON with blending in the powder. or get some shaker blender bottles. but basically buy in bulk and dont be afraid to shop around and try something new. some weeks im drinking vegan ultra clean protein and some weeks its super creamy premier. After a while they all start to taste the same!

I use Premier Protein whey protein powder as it tastes nice and is an easy way to hit my protein goal without adding a lot of calories. If you specifically want to feel full for longer 0% Greek yogurt is great as an entire 32oz tub is 450 calories and about 80g of protein. Not suggesting you eat an entire tub at once but half a tub feels like a whole meal and will fill you up for hours

I'm a fan of Premier Protein myself. Mixes well, doesn't taste too bad if you only use water, decent price. But to be fair I usually mix it with frozen fruit. Surprised at the Good Protein being recommended here. I tried the Strawberries and Cream one and it has a distinctly chalky texture and one of the worst "artificial sweetener" aftertastes I've ever experienced.
