promix strawberry milk whey isolate!! super minimal, clean ingredients too:)
Has anyone found a good alternative to Promix Whey Protein Isolate? I genuinely love this protein , it’s one of the only ones that doesn’t mess with my stomach, feels super clean, and actually tastes good. I’ve been using it consistently for a while now. But when I first started buying it (just over a year ago), it was around $80 for 2 bags, which already felt pricey but worth it… now it’s like $130 and I just can’t justify it anymore :/ I’m specifically looking for something similar: \- whey isolate (low lactose / easy digestion) \- clean ingredients (no artificial sweeteners if possible) \- comparable taste/texture Would love to hear if anyone has switched from Promix and found something close!
Promix whey isolate is very clean
Was coming here to say this Its really good
Another vote for promix strawberry milk. The closest thing to that childhood strawberry milk
ProMix isolate with water is what I drink now. It doesn’t bother my stomach at all. I’m lactose intolerant and tried a few different brands before finding one that doesn’t upset my stomach.
I’ve been enjoying Promix powder! Dissolves well, not super sweet, clean ingredients, and 30g protein.
I found ProMix Nutrition’s Grass fed whey protein powder. It has VERY clean ingredients (grass fed whey protein, organic coconut or maple sugar, and either Dutch cocoa powder or Madagascar vanilla bean extract. They’re minimally sweetened, taste delicious, work with water or a variety of milks, and have ***NONE*** of the garbage that the ready-made shakes contain. Even their plain grass fed whey protein powder is good. (NOTE: I *do not* recommend their whey isolate protein powder. It doesn’t taste nearly as good and had unpleasant gastro side effects for me, but their grass fed whey protein powder is excellent!)

If you really start reading and watching videos about proteins, a major difference between them it's actually the taste. The one that you didn't like the taste, I bet you are not the only one who didn't like it. I take this one, it also has creatine in it already. The taste is great. It's like you drink chocolate milk. The have other flavors as well. https://www.amazon.com/Muscletech-Protein-Powder-Chocolate-Pound/dp/B008JC26E4 ---- He is a medical doctor who is talking about all you need to know about protein powders: https://youtu.be/zYoltEdIs5Q His favorite is this one (recommended by many) https://www.amazon.com/Levels-Unflavored-Grass-Protein-Undenatured/dp/B01JNUHAIC Another one recommended by him https://www.amazon.com/ProMix-Nutrition-Whey-Protein-Chocolate/dp/B0GH3CYK58/ And this one https://www.amazon.com/Momentous-Essential-Grass-Fed-Gluten-Free-Certified/dp/B09F1SWMFG
