Can't beat promix for simple, clean and high protien. Also mixes easy, great macros.
I stand by earth chimp or promix chocolate protein powders. Both have solid macros, ingredients and are tasty. I like some of both, with ice, banana and some peanut flour for a good taste and texture shake.
i’ve had a hard time eating and minimal appetite in my pregnancy after a first trimester of throwing up all day every day multiple times a day. in my second tri, i’ve consistently been able to have oatmeal every morning — i add chia seeds and 30 g of collagen powder. Promix is my favorite because it’s so clean but it also mixes really well. one way to make sure i’m kickstarting my day with protein in case i don’t have an appetite the rest of the day and collagen is good for us esp while pregnant! you can also put 10-15 g of creatine in a glass of water for a lil filler protein. and it’s kind of expensive but i can’t recommend Promix enough for any of their products — they are my fav brand for protein powder, creatine, prebiotics/probiotics and just about anything.
I love promix, it’s so smooth and the flavor in the vanilla is just a little sweet with a bit of monkfruit
Naked pea protein is cheap ish I think I personally love promix, it’s really good
Pricy but super clean ingredients and great taste: Promix, Nutrabio, Transparent Labs
For protein powder, I recommend promix as its clean, mixed with 1/2 water 1/2 milk and I also add 1-2 scoops of triple fiber powder by micronutrients. Helps me hit both protein and fiber goals
If you’re in US, promix is a good one. They also have single ingredient ones without any fillers.
Transparent Labs, Planta cinnamon roll, pb&j, and the maple french toast, Naked hot cocoa pea protein, Promix strawberry milk
Your asking for CLEAN protein powder. To me this means no fillers, additives, minimal junk and limited to like maybe 4 ingredients or less. Based on this I went with Promix hands down. Their protein is grass fed whey, and less than 1% non-gmo sunflower lecithin for the unflavored. I like the vanilla one that includes organic coconut sugar and organic vanilla extracts. And that’s it! No xanthan gums, no “natural” flavors, no stevia or artificial sweeteners or emulsifiers or any of that crap. Best I’ve found that’s also third party tested and certified!
Fairlife [treats their cows terribly](https://thebrooksinstitute.org/animal-law-digest/us/issue-292/fairlife-coca-cola-sued-again-animal-welfare-claims-used-market-milk-products) so I can’t do that, but I’m a big fan of Promix’s unflavored whey protein. It’s from grass fed cows and mixes really well into anything. 30g protein and 130 cal a serving.
Pro Mix is a great brand. Very clean protein powder and have numerous other great things
