Keep in mind to try to find powders third party tested by Clean Label Project or a similar third party. In Canadian products look for Isura on the label. Also note chocolate can have higher levels of cadmium and lead. Check out Puori whey protein or Natural Factors Whole Earth and Seas protein + greens (plant based).
I use Puori as well after reading all of the crap that is put in protein powders, not to mention the levels of heavy metals.
👍🏼 I use Puori so we both will be neurologically protected 🤞🏼…Unless microplastics get us! What flavor do you get and do you like taste and consistency once mixed?
It’s not overblown when it comes to bio-accumulative heavy metal toxins. I typically have 4 servings a day, so that can be detrimental if you don’t make the right choice. I personally use Pouri brand, as expensive as it is, but worth the peace of mind. Here is a list of other choices too. https://preview.redd.it/tofckakssavf1.jpeg?width=1125&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=45d6c7b4339f3af6bf0f2def966b0de44293c67e
I use Puori (and their Omega 3) because of their rep. Not sure about others
