Pretty much every high quality whey isolate I’ve used has made a good creami. I like Legion Athletics, RAW Nutrition and Transparent Labs for an assortment of flavors
Legion Athletics, RAW Nutrition and Transparent Labs have been my go to’s. They mix well and all have been great for making protein ice cream or mixing in with a matching flavored cream of rice. Haven’t tried baking with them yet but that’s next on the list.
RAW nutrition isolate. It tastes miles better than all the other brands I've tried and I haven't seen any reports about quality and ingredient issues. All the brands of protein shakes taste better cold also just FYI.
They all have sweeteners in them except the unflavored powders. Some brands I find the sweeteners less intense. My top pick is RAW Isolate but Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard is okay too for flavored. Recommend mixing them with a lighter tasting milk like unsweetened almond or skim and even add some water. You can do all water too but I find it doesn't compliment the powder flavors.
I keep buying RAW grass fed whey isolate dark chocolate 🍫 tub from Sam’s Club.
I buy a lot of health supplements online and I have been seeing a huge surge of suspicious products lately. There are many "official" stores claiming to sell American health supplements with the U.S. FDA approval, but the brands do not exist anywhere in the U.S. and the font that they use is commonly used by Chinese businesses. I never used to care about the Thai FDA approval, but I now notice that even legit American brands like NOW Foods sold on Shopee or Lazada have Thai FDA approval numbers to separate themselves from these dodgy ones. On the other hand, I tried asking for the U.S. or Thai FDA approval number from those fake "official" stores and they were never able to provide me ones. They just kept confirming that they have the approval without anything to show. Having said that, Merry is fine. It's a local company with a Thai FDA approval. I've been using their products. However, I contacted them to ask about their protein powders and was told that they all contain caffeine, so I didn't buy from them. I've tried AW Nutrition and Marwell on Shopee. They're fine.
I've had great luck with Raw Isolate Dark Chocolate. Has a good taste and almost no aftertaste. Have been through a few tubs as i enjoy it and its easy to drink.
raw nutrition whey isolate by chris bumstead. shoutout to the cinnamon toast crunch flavor, F I R E
I like ascent from Costco. Just recently bought the Kirkland signature chocolate and it tastes great. Not a big fan of ghost. Levels tastes awful to me. Raw is pretty good too. I sue 8oz of Kroger Carbmaster 0%. It’s 60 calories with 11g of protein. So 8oz if that and two scoops is 300 cals and 60 grams of protein.
I've tried 3 brands with about 8 flavors. I wish they offered like a variety pack where you could sample them all. Optimum nutrition, Ryse, and Bum are my go to powders
