Rule One Proteins - R1 Protein Whey Isolate

Kung Ang term mo is hindi mabigat sa tummy, Kasi most of regular whey is mabigat talaga due to calories ranging from 120-200 samahan mo pa Nung kaunting fat at sugar nun pero kung gusto mo talaga magaan sa tiyan is mag isolate whey protein ka talaga Kasi mas much lesser calories, sugar and fat. Marami nako na try na whey na isolate protein brand pero kung magaan sa tiyan at lasa talaga, mga isolate whey protein brands best sakin is "rule1, nutrabio, muscletech, muscle rulz, rival nutrion, wheyl at Optimum nutrition. Pero kung budget na whey na isolate na okay lasa, try mo rival nutrition and muscle rulz masarap siya at magaan sa tiyan.

Tried r1 whey blend both flavors mentioned above. Oks na oks for me mas gusto ko lang yung choco pb ng slight. What i do is mix it pagdating palang sa gym then pasok sa freezer nila. After ng workout parang smoothie yung consistency hahha always feels like a treat post-workout 👌

For not too sweet powder, R1 has been good.

ON before but now Wheyl since sobrang mahal na ng ON. Tried R1 din pero for some reasons, sumasakit tiyan ko.

Been using R1 for like 2years no issue Tried source 7 pistachio (non dairy) on the sweeter side Isolate whey nila I tried cafe mocha and chocolate as my best flavors Whey (blue tub) Choco PB and and the others are mostly above average sa lasa.

I always rec rule 1 isolate. Cheap and tastes good

Sobrang tamis nyan tapos mas lasang gulaman kesa chocolate for me. Best ng r1 is yung cafe mocha taste wise

Try to mix them with milk? Nearly all protein drinks taste better with milk. But I stopped doing it cause I ran out quickly. I discovered how much I love Frozen Banana flavor by Rule1. Still taste good even with water. Though my friend hated it kasi lasa daw banana candy. No choice talaga na magsasawa ka sa mga flavor especially if you drink it everyday.
