R1 Protein Whey Isolate

I use Almarai protein drinks if I’m having some type of dessert or with breakfast and R1 protein for after workouts

A little bloated but nothing crazy. Even my reg protein does though cuz I use milk with it. It doesn’t last long though

I usually drink my protein shake with just water. From US Brands, I switched to Athlene kase very affordable sya dati and good quality. Pero something changed with Athlene lately at kasing price na sya ng US Brands. Anyway, I switched to Rule1 to try lang and I bought the Pistachio Ice Cream flavor... I thought flavor lang sya, pero I noticed na kahit water ang imix ko, ang thick ng texture nya and lasang Ice Cream talaga haha. So I tried replacing water with unsweetened almond milk. And froze it overnight. And voila! I just made a protein Ice cream 😂 I know the milk adds up calories haha. I don't even know if I should feel bad being able to enjoy and eat Ice cream on a daily basis hahaha. Thoughts?

I always rec rule 1 isolate. Cheap and tastes good

Try the isolate! I’m acne-prone and never had experience breakouts with rule 1 isolate.
