I don’t know why people won’t just help lol. I use rule 1 cookies and crème with plain Greek yogurt. It’s awesome. Crumble an Oreo thin or 2 and it’s an awesome protein snack

I pernah use ON before the price became crazy, then switched to Myprotein, then Rule 1. Now using Hazim Khalim. I think based on the lab test chart someone else has already shared, HK is quite ok and lepas lab testing. Some ppl say it's too cheap, but actually if you kira balik price per scoop, it's not that much cheaper than rule 1. Rule 1 I think comes out to around 3+ per scoop whereas HK comes out to around 2.40. So when u realise they basically spend nothing on packaging and flavouring, makes sense la. Rule 1 mint chocolate chip if you mix with milk memang sedap though.

Yung current na gamit ko ngayon na Rule1 cafe mocha, lasang kape and wala pang after taste.

Try to mix them with milk? Nearly all protein drinks taste better with milk. But I stopped doing it cause I ran out quickly. I discovered how much I love Frozen Banana flavor by Rule1. Still taste good even with water. Though my friend hated it kasi lasa daw banana candy. No choice talaga na magsasawa ka sa mga flavor especially if you drink it everyday.
