Clear Protein

I’ve got clear protein powders from Ryse, Myprotein, gramms and Vital Proteins. They’re all delicious and lighter than shakes but heavier than flavored water. It’s annoying getting them mixed though cause they like to turn into chewing gum in cold water. Works better to dissolve a scoop in like 8 oz warm water and let it sit for like fifteen minutes, then pour over ice in a tumbler and add more cold water. Shaker bottles don’t mix it, frother wisks don’t either, it’s a pain but I still like it. Also try a vanilla Nurri with an orange flavored water pack, or grape, on ice. It’s really good and changes up the heavy flavors of shakes.

I love Seeq and Ryse clear protein

I do clear protein powder + 2 servings of metamucil everyday. I’ve tried a ton of clear protein powders, the best, smoothest, most “clear” that I’ve tried are Gramms and 1Up. Those are also unfortunately pretty expensive :( I’ve also tried Oath, Seeq, Ryse, and Clean Simple Eats. Oath has coconut milk as an ingredient and I could taste it in all of the flavors I tried. The others were all fine, just not as good as my favorites. The trick with clear protein is you need to let it rest after shaking it. They will be frothy/not clear after the initial mix, and if you drink it like that it will taste like regular protein powder. The packages usually say to let it sit for only like a minute but I let it sit for at least 30 minutes usually.

I thought the Country Time was decent. Not as good as Oath’s Frosty Lemonade though

oath nutrition clear whey + ryse kool aid clear whey are my current favorites but a long time and never changing fav of mine is premier protein shakes. you can get a pack of 4 from target for like $10

yeah very! some say it’s too sweet i think it’s spot on, you can get a sample pack from target tho i’m not sure if ryse sells individual sample packs on their site or not
