Hmm you seem leaning into taste than the actual contents. Anyway : \- Dymatize Iso100 (Pricey, Pero maganda yung contents and masarap lasa.) \- Ryse Loaded Protein (Pricey, Pero masarap at matamis yung lasa dahil sa sugar content.) \- BSN Syntha-6 (Dati itong best tasting whey 10 years ago. Pricey na siya ngayon, Pero masarap at matamis yung lasa dahil sa sugar content.) So ayun, If you want best tasting whey(and not diabetic of course). Look for whey brands with 1-2g of sugar per scoop in it. Goodluck!
+1 from me on the ryse cinnamon toast. Best protein I've tried. I do 2% milk, protein, butterscotch pudding mix, pinch xanathan, and then you can use whatever mix in like graham crackers, cookies, biscoff, or cinnamon toast crunch. 9.5/10 from me. The next best one is the Ghost Oreo protein. 2% milk, scoop of ghost oreo, oreo pudding mix, and a pinch xanathan. Mix in 3 oreo thins and I dont think its possible to create any other ice cream that taste that good with similar macros. Delicious pint of oreo blizzard substitute at like 400 calories and over 40g protein 9.4/10
Can you give some details about how you use these? I have the marshmallow and peanut butter ones, but find them *very* sweet. I've struggled to come up with ways to use them. 🤔
Thank you! I'll give the yogurt a try. My main go-to has been smoothies, but the only 'successful' one had a ton of cocoa powder (bitter) and plain yogurt (tangy) to offset the sweetness of the Skippy powder, especially if I add half of a banana or something.
fruit pebbles and christmass tree my favorites. not a bad list however.
i like myprotein, quest is on sale on amazon and its casein mix which is good for cutting, I also like dynamtize. for peak taste quality its ryse hands down.
I have not. It a fan of blueberry muffins. I have tried the peanut butter and cinnamon toast crunch and they were both really good. Edit: for mint and lemon just use vanilla protein and add a 1/4 teaspoon of lemon or mint flavor extract. That's what I do
Second this. The consistency is about dry to wet ratios not necessarily the powder. That being said some do taste better than others. Optimum nutrition, Ryse, and BUM are the 3 I use. If your having texture taste issues I'm wondering what else your putting in your pints? What's your base recipe. All that being said, cool project.
I've tried 3 brands with about 8 flavors. I wish they offered like a variety pack where you could sample them all. Optimum nutrition, Ryse, and Bum are my go to powders
Cinnamon toast from CBUM or Ryse. Poured over any "healthy" cereal and it's like being a kid again
