Clear Protein

Clear whey protein shakes - like SEEQ, myProtein, Isopure brands that offer clear protein shakes. My favorite is SEEQ but I will take any brand clear over thick milky whey. Clear Whey tastes like fruit drink.

I use Seeq or Isopure clear protein. I really dislike the milkshake consistency of your typical powders. Clear is just like a nice fruity drink.

Clear whey is goated. I like SEEQ or Rule1, both have great taste and mix well. Mango protein just feels like drinking juice lol Chocolate milk is also a good source of protein and carbs for post work out recovery

Clear protein is expensive but as a palatable protein source that doesn’t give me food aversion, it’s worth it. I hate milky whey flavors like vanilla because the flavor is off putting so even if I can buy other flavors for cheaper, it’s not worth it. Palatability and how often I will or can eat something is a factor I’ll pay more for, because the alternative is I just don’t get it into my diet via the cheaper alternatives if that makes sense. Eating high protein also gives me food aversion at some point I can only eat so many egg whites lol so keeping something on hand that I know won’t make me feel ill helps a lot. Clear whey is usually about $1.5-2/serving which for 22 grams of protein isn’t too bad imo. Rule1 is cheaper than Seeq for sure and be sure to try and use website promo codes.
