I’m going to tell you the best protein powder of all time. Works best in smoothies. Sprouts brand but STRAWBERRY flavor. It’s SOOOO yummy

I have been really loving the Banana Crème protein powder from Sprouts 👌🏾 I know that banana isn’t everyone’s go to but if you love banana flavors, I think this is the best one! It’s delicious in everything I’ve tried (shakes, smoothies, overnight oats and mixed in with yogurt).

We love the sprouts brand vanilla flavor. If you’re putting in a smoothie you don’t taste it much anyway.

Are you in the US? Do you have Sprouts Farmers Market? I used to use Sprouts brand vegan protein powders and they were very good. I like Sun Warrior too.

Sprouts brand vegan protein is my go to. Readily available, cheaper than big name brands and very clear ingredient list. Works good in most smoothies and in my cereal!

Does it have stevia in it? Or any other overpowering sweetener? That’s the thing that makes protein powders unbearable for me.

Try a whey isolate and if that still gives you trouble you can try some plant based options like Naked Pea or fermented pea protein. Sprouts has a good vegan protein that seems to always be on sale too. I have a super sensitive stomach and none of these bother me. Collagen is also an option, I take it because it helps my skin and joints but you could argue it’s not a great standalone protein source.

I make a smoothie every morning to drink after the gym and I just put in frozen berries, frozen spinach, and the Sprouts Brand Vegan Protein Powder! It has great macros and is relatively cheap as far vegan protein powders go.
