Clear Protein Refresh

I really like sun warrior clear vegan protein - it dissolves so easily in water and tastes good! I don't love the vanilla/chocolate flavors in general so I think these flavors are pretty nice. But main point is it dissolves SO easily with just a spoon or a shaker and has good macros.

Sunwarrior makes a vegan version of these. Both brands call them clear protein. I have all 4 flavors of the Sunwarrior and mix flavors. It's not cheap though. Watermelon is the only flavor I don't like on its own, but it mixes well with other flavors. 10g protein/ 50 cals.

i’m struggling through some at my house too, the texture when you mix it into anything is just horrific

I've found Sun Warrior  to be the best bang for the buck. That's just for protein to add to berry or peanut butter/banana smoothies. I get other nutrients from the Costco almond milk that I blend in.  I recently tried the PLNT lemon sugar cookie for when I just want to use a shaker. It's pretty tasty.

I love sunwarrior too! But showed my partner the CR article tonight and he searched online for sunwarrior + lead and didn't like what he found. Apparently they've had problems even though they didn't get called out in the article. They had at least one settlement they had to make about it. Though it's very hard to read the legal brief, not being a lawyer. For now, I'm going to finish my tubs and contract the company to see if they will release the 3rd party testing results to me. I have difficulty with gastritis and sunwarrior is one of my most digestible protein sources.
