25km per week is too less for an athlete. I’m an Athlete and I do minimum 10k everyday. But not a gym goer, only MMA and callisthenics, running, cycling. Recovery is less than 12 hours a day. The best for me is whey hydrolysed. I use Dymatize ISO 100 Hydrolysed but it’s expensive and comes 2kg. But I mix Dymatize with The Whole Truth whey isolate (which is good as smoothie with banana, oats and nuts). The cost is mostly for the process and there is no meaningful difference between Hydro and Isolate or concentrate. I also use Nakpro Hydro which is a reliable Indian brand and cheap but the difference is easily notable but can’t complain. But I use it mostly for baking. Apart from this I take multi vits, omega 3 gold, ZMA from muscleblaze gold for recovery. And tender coconut once per week. I don’t take creatine because of kidney stone problem but it’s really good. ##But I think normal whey protein is enough for you. You can check out trustified website for all passed lab tested protein. #I pick my powder only when they are on sale.

I take the whole truth whey protein; got my mom low carb isolate one from the same brand as she’s diabetic. She takes a smaller portion than a full scoop. Both seem to be good variants. Edit: didn’t read the flavour part. They have some good options; i like the light cocoa one

I was initially using Dymatize ISO 100 hydrolysate (although it's still the best tasting/mixability protien I tried) i discontinued because of the rather high amount of sucralose in it. Then I switched to Trunativ, although I got their Isolate, it was like a switch was pressed and within a few days I had these tiny pimples all over my face, same for my cousin and we both stopped. Then I switched to Well being nutrition Isolate and used the chocolate flavor for a couple of months, although it mixes well and sat well with my tummy, I stopped for a while. Taste is average. Now I'm using the whole truth whey isolate, so far amongst the indians brands I feel this is what sits best with me, I'm using unflavored one, I don't really care for the tast anymore as much as I do for the protein content. If money is no concern, dymatize is one of the best, also one of the only authentic hydrolysate. I know people like to talk about ON, but be aware that the ON you get here is made in India by a firm named Tirupati Wellness, I'd be wary, but to each their own.

If you get ON from outside India it's fine. The ones available in Indian market are made by an Indian firm called Tirupati Wellness and I'd not pay top dollar for that. Better to go with TWT or Well being. But if money & sucralose is no issues, Dynamite ISO 100 hydrolysate is the best tasting protien I have ever had.

Absolutely Dymatize ISO 100 is hydrolysate the most pure form of protien and mixes well, no bloating, tastes really good (vanilla is just meh) and I mix it in Oats, banana bread, brownie batter, pan cake batter and also in my dates coconut milk shake. It's yum. But I don't use it anymore and I stick to unflavored isolate by TWT or Well Being.

I normally used to get my Dymatize ISO 100 from Dubai where a 5 lbs (2.2 kg) tub costs about INR 7,000/- I have lots of relatives coming and going and I'd depend on them. Here I used to buy from a kerala based app called "PROTM" that keeps the imported ones (dymatize manufactures only in the US), but it's expensive at INR 10,500/- I don't use dymatize anymore, but not for the price, for the sucralose content. Now I use TWT isolate or Well being nutrition Isolate.

Honestly I'm quite keen on it which is why I switched to the bland & tasteless unflavored whey isolate by TWT & WBN, eventhough Dymatize was top notch. And yes sadly everything in India is unfortunately tainted and deliberately/or not adulrerated and contaminated.

I am new to using whey protein. I'd heard people's complaints about digestion, taste, etc. But when I started with 'The Whole Truth' unflavoured version, I couldn't understand what people have been complaining about. It's very light and has only a very slight hint of taste. That's the only one I've tried and it has worked great for me. Would recommend 💯

I have tried the whole truth(no flavour) , true basics (whey and concentrate chocolate) and my protein vimto. All r good and were easy on the gut. Protien market has really upped their game after the liver doc research.. Will be buying mB chocolate tomorrow.

I’ve been only on TWT for about a year now. Tried Naturaltein for the first time earlier yesterday. Too soon to tell maybe, but so far, Naturaltein (cocoa flavour) has got me feeling better than on TWT (cocoa). TWT unflavoured is neutral. TWT Plant Protein is “thick” and heavier (literally), but that’s expected. Yet to try other brands (ofc, “Trustified” only).
