A coop. I don’t think it is that rare or unheard of. But then it will become similar to the food pharmer whey, right? You reduce the marketing and fancy packaging costs. But 1-2 people have to dedicate their time for free, basic packaging, shipping, and testing. If the whey above is legit then maybe 1400/kg for unflavored raw whey? But then at that price point you are already close to some companies when they are on offer. Whole truth raw concentrate can be had for 1600 with offers.
Whole truth also raw whey concentrate for 2400/kg. I don’t think that is a blend. Only the flavored ones are blend and they sell for 3k+ except during discounts.
If you want cheapest with good quality. Go with plant protein. OWN can be good. If in whey you want cheap go with unflavored concentrate. Amul, naturaltein, TWT. Amul would be cheapest due to IPL and raw material factor. These have some trade off like taste. Can use 0 kcal sweetner separately and make shakes etc.
Thanks for the info, now it makes all the sense as to why I’ve been having gut issues and cravings. Which protein powder should i replace it with?
Thanks for the info man. I recently purchased The whole truth unflavoured concentrate and it feels so light. I am loving it. Also i have minimized outside deep fried food. My gut haven’t felt better like this for so long.
The whole truth unflavoured whey protein concentrate. It tastes like milk powder and nothing else. I'd been searching for one that's trustworthy and has no sweeteners at all - no monk fruit, no stevia, nothing. This is just whey protein concentrate and an enzyme, bromelain I think. Zero stomach issues for me. Easy to blend too, I just whisk it in my mug with a slim whisk by hand for 30 seconds. No clumps at all that way. No chalkiness to my palette. They also have unflavoured whey protein isolate which has a little more protein per scoop, but it's also more expensive. I haven't tried it yet. Before this I used Optimum Nutrition double chocolate. No stomach issues and tastes good if you like that sweet chocolate flavour. Blending takes more effort for this one
TWT basic 26 g unflavoured one
I use the whole truth unflavoured concentrate whey in my coffee and Optimum Nutrition's Milk chocolate flavour post workout. I'd also recommend Nakpro's whey gold coffee flavour, tastes really good with chilled milk and ice cubes.
TWT unflavoured concentrate is honestly best choice both price and health wise. I get 2kg concentrate from their website in around 3800-4000 (with codes during sale). Only downside is if someone just can't drink unflavoured. Their flavoured is way too expensive compared to other brands.
You can try trial packs for taste I tried Cosmix, did not like it at all. Currently using The Whole Truth unflavored
