AnonymouspizzzaaaI have tried almost every other reputed brand of whey protein. My personal favorite is the whole truth. I used to like ON but it started making me feel gassy.
bs_123_BCAA means branched chain amino acids which are basically found in all whey protein naturally. He is talking about enzymes like Bromelain which helps in digestion of protein and is derived from the Pineapple plant. This is added even in The Whole Truth Whey protein.

DeanW_is_baeI take the whole truth whey protein; got my mom low carb isolate one from the same brand as she’s diabetic. She takes a smaller portion than a full scoop. Both seem to be good variants. Edit: didn’t read the flavour part. They have some good options; i like the light cocoa one
