BCAA means branched chain amino acids which are basically found in all whey protein naturally. He is talking about enzymes like Bromelain which helps in digestion of protein and is derived from the Pineapple plant. This is added even in The Whole Truth Whey protein.
I take the whole truth whey protein; got my mom low carb isolate one from the same brand as sheâs diabetic. She takes a smaller portion than a full scoop. Both seem to be good variants. Edit: didnât read the flavour part. They have some good options; i like the light cocoa one
It heavily depends on the brand. The whole truth doesn't cause bloating but cheaper brands like nakpro cause bloating and uneasiness.
The whole truth is really good. It's all natural. No sugar and all. They uses dates powder for sweetness. Mixability is really good. Although a bit costly compared to others.
Hey. Iâm lactose intolerant too. I have the protein from The Whole Truth. 24g per serving and only 130 cals (Iâm on fat loss). Itâs very light on your stomach. I also occasionally have the Amul protein shake bottles on good stomach days (lol). Other than that I just have eggs or paneer or chicken. Nice to keep your diet flexible. Also donât forget to indulge in fiber and carbs (green veggies, rice, etc) a few times a week to keep your gut happy. See a physician if the gut issue persists.
Iâve had tried many brands too and lately using the whole truth, trust me it is so amazing and light on your stomach and feels like wow. No digestion issue nothing. You should for sure give it a try, if you like coffee, try their coffee flavour. Using it from some months now
It doesnât matter if you hit gym or not, consuming protein powder wonât depend on it. đ Try to consume most of your macros including protein through your normal meals and only supplement the remaining protein goal with a protein powder. While there are many scammy brands out there, but for the below two Iâve heard positive reviews from everyone I know. There are of course other brands too, but for me these taste better. I have The whole truth whey protein and cosmix vanilla bean vegan protein alternatively depending on my mood. Both are nice.
Iâve been only on TWT for about a year now. Tried Naturaltein for the first time earlier yesterday. Too soon to tell maybe, but so far, Naturaltein (cocoa flavour) has got me feeling better than on TWT (cocoa). TWT unflavoured is neutral. TWT Plant Protein is âthickâ and heavier (literally), but thatâs expected. Yet to try other brands (ofc, âTrustifiedâ only).
