BCAA means branched chain amino acids which are basically found in all whey protein naturally. He is talking about enzymes like Bromelain which helps in digestion of protein and is derived from the Pineapple plant. This is added even in The Whole Truth Whey protein.

I just tried The whole truth, while its not bad, its almost too bland/tasteless, when compared to ON, I’ll probably stick to double chocolate from ON

I take the whole truth whey protein; got my mom low carb isolate one from the same brand as she’s diabetic. She takes a smaller portion than a full scoop. Both seem to be good variants. Edit: didn’t read the flavour part. They have some good options; i like the light cocoa one

It heavily depends on the brand. The whole truth doesn't cause bloating but cheaper brands like nakpro cause bloating and uneasiness.

The whole truth is really good. It's all natural. No sugar and all. They uses dates powder for sweetness. Mixability is really good. Although a bit costly compared to others.

Hey. I’m lactose intolerant too. I have the protein from The Whole Truth. 24g per serving and only 130 cals (I’m on fat loss). It’s very light on your stomach. I also occasionally have the Amul protein shake bottles on good stomach days (lol). Other than that I just have eggs or paneer or chicken. Nice to keep your diet flexible. Also don’t forget to indulge in fiber and carbs (green veggies, rice, etc) a few times a week to keep your gut happy. See a physician if the gut issue persists.

Nope. TWT is the lightest of all the whey proteins I have tried.
