The chocolate versions of Owyn Pro Elite (32g protein, sugar-free) and Vega Performance Protein + Creatine (30g protein, 5g BCAAs, 3g creatine, sugar-free) are what I like, but I prefer vegan protein shakes.
They absolutely changed it and the new one is awful. I have used Vega for YEARS (more than 10) and this latest iteration is terrible. I had an old container and compared that ingredient list to the new one and there were some differences (they took out the flax and a couple other things if I remember correctly) so yes, they changed the formulation. I have switched to the protein and creatine powder and it is tolerable but I really miss my old All-in-One.
If you're lifting consistently, at least 3-4 times per week, protein is huge for recovery and muscle building, but creatine is also worth looking into. It’s one of the few well-studied supplements that actually works. I found my current go-to through this [database of protein supplements](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1miBRX60wdYAvMJO7sChEMXGnpIQHNqn6tnscHkXM7Qs/edit?usp=sharing) that another Redditor put together. It’s Vega Protein + Creatine in the chocolate flavor. Tastes solid and covers both bases in one scoop. I think it's around $45 per tub, but it has fewer servings than most of the big brands.
I use Vega. The one that gives you 30 grams of protein specifically. It’s the best 30 gram scoop I have tried and it’s usually pretty easy to catch a sale and stock up until the next sale comes along.
I’ve used Vega for over 2 years and it always dissolves easily in water with my protein shaker (I don’t use the metal ball that came with it lol). I buy the Sport version which has 30g protein
I get the Vanilla and the Chocolate Vega giant tub outside of Costco and they taste great No idea I liked dusty grass clippings
