Vega Protein powders are great (if you have them in your area). Their "sport" line really offers a lot of protein. They also have a nut butter option that I like because of the taste but also because it adds more proteins to their initial mix (dry peanut butter) - delish in a shake or just added to greek yoghurt/hot oatmeal.
The Vega Sport ranking seems right. It's everywhere, decent taste, reasonable price. The vanilla is actually pretty solid in smoothies.
They did change the Vega Sport recipe- really unfortunate; It also seems like Owyn Pro Elite changed their Chocolate recipe as well. The taste is off or is it just me..Iβm trying to find a replacement now..π
I am currently using Owyn. It's pretty good. I also liked Vega Sport but I heard they changed their recipe. My absolute favorite used to be the Equate plant protein from Walmart. They downgraded from 30g of protein to 21g per serving and I haven't had it since.
I use Vega. The one that gives you 30 grams of protein specifically. Itβs the best 30 gram scoop I have tried and itβs usually pretty easy to catch a sale and stock up until the next sale comes along.
The Vega vanilla is really good.
Vanilla flavoured Vega (or other mild flavoured powder) with ginger powder and Ceylon cinnamon powder added. Blend with milk of choice and a banana and some berries. Itβs surprisingly delicious.
Have you had Vega? Do any of these taste similar? I hate Vega, lol, so Iβm trying to avoid comparable ones.
Very interesting, I didnt even know there were this many options! I'm a Vega d*ck rider lol. Orgain is vile, but to each their own
My dietician recommended Vega, I love it and my wife hates hates it... Seems to some extent to be a matter of preference. Cool chart, thanks OP!
