r/ZepboundLeast terrible tasting electrolytes, protein and fiber?

I like ultima electrolyte powder. It’s got a lot less sodium than most, is sugar free, and comes in lots of flavors. I have enjoyed the lemonade and watermelon most so far but I haven’t tried them all. My fave protein powder is vega vanilla protein and greens. For fiber, I just do the unflavored kind and mix if with electrolytes. Easy peasy

r/veganfitnessVega Protein New formula? Yuck :(

I have been a regular consumer of Vega Chocolate protein powder for years. I hate the new formula. Its gritty and doesn't dissolve. I am very frustrated that i will have to find a new brand.

Have you tried the Vega? Unreal price, especially on sale ($34/2kg bag). It tastes good in a smoothie, but it doesn't mix well if not blended. But for the price, unreal. All pea protein and vegetable extracts.

Seems a bit sensationalized to me. What is a "consumer report %". Is that based on anything? The vega protein and greens is the one costco has at a great price, this tested specifically the sport blend. It was also at the bottom of the concerning list, honorable mentions if you look at the "CR%" vs other recommended brands. Again, not saying there isn't any heavy metal in the product, but this data means nothing...

It takes a bit to get used to using any of these powders. I prefer vega protein and greens all plant protein. Still took a few days

ON is good. Vega vanilla is pretty bad, tastes like dusty grass clippings.

I get this stuff. Not sure what other people think about it. Would love to see how it compares to others. I’ve only tried the Vega protein+greens ones, don’t like em much besides the berry one. I ensure my breakfast has 30g protein, snack on nuts and seeds, mix beans or hummus in with lunch and dinner, and have a smoothie every day, using Vega Greens and Protein plant-based protein powder. I range between 70 to 90 grams daily.

I like VEGA's "Protein + Supergreens" line a lot; the taste is great and it's also very conscious ingredient wise (not high in sugars, mostly pea protein so extremely digestible, nice boost of iron). My favourite is the Salted Caramel but the Vanilla is also super pleasant.
