Vega - Protein + Supergreens

I like Vega Protein and Greens chocolate flavor.

I use Vega Protien and Greens, just boring old vanilla flavour as it is more versatile. The ingredient list is pretty inoffensive. You have your standard emulsifiers and thickeners (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum) and it is sweetened with Stevia, however everything else on the ingredient list is pretty recognizable as food.

I get this stuff. Not sure what other people think about it. Would love to see how it compares to others. I’ve only tried the Vega protein+greens ones, don’t like em much besides the berry one. It takes a bit to get used to using any of these powders. I prefer vega protein and greens all plant protein. Still took a few days.

I realized recently I’ve been using Vega for almost 20 years and that makes me feel so so old lol. I currently have 3 different formulations in my kitchen.

The Vega vanilla is really good.

Vanilla flavoured Vega (or other mild flavoured powder) with ginger powder and Ceylon cinnamon powder added. Blend with milk of choice and a banana and some berries. It’s surprisingly delicious.

Have you had Vega? Do any of these taste similar? I hate Vega, lol, so I’m trying to avoid comparable ones.

Very interesting, I didnt even know there were this many options! I'm a Vega d*ck rider lol. Orgain is vile, but to each their own

My dietician recommended Vega, I love it and my wife hates hates it... Seems to some extent to be a matter of preference. Cool chart, thanks OP!
