I'm with you. I can't stand any artificial sweeteners. No stevia, no sucralose, no monkfruit, nothing. Here's my current homemade daily boost - 1 cup of fairlife fat-free milk (sometimes unsweetened vanilla oatmilk instead), 12 ounces cold brew coffee (sometimes omitted if I'm feeling extra caffeinated already), full serving of vital proteins unflavored collagen peptides (18 grams protein), 1/2 of a miralax dose, 2 tsp of benefiber, and 1/4 cup (about 2/3 of a packet) of chocolate carnation breakfast essentials. This gives me about 3 grams of added sugar (my only source most days) and either 21 or 34 grams of protein depending on which milk I use.
My midwife just recommended protein powder from Thorne which is the brand of prenatals I've been taking! Haven't tried it yet but I get 30% off through her Fullscript. I recently started using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides from Costco. I'll put that in a smoothie or coffee with whole milk. I've been eating lots of high-protein Greek yogurts, snacking on nuts and pumpkin seeds, meat sticks, toss a frozen salmon patty in the airfryer, ground beef and beans...
I use a variety. Unflavored protein powder in soups and coffee. Flavored protein powder mixed with Greek yogurt and sugar free cool whip. Vital Proteins makes a good chocolate powder and the mix tastes like dessert but it's a double protein punch :)
Yes. I use Vital Protein unflavored in coffee, Paleovalley bone broth unflavored protein in soup, and Vital Proteins chocolate powder in greek yogurt.
It have little smell but not bad not good just different I drink it with juice https://preview.redd.it/j50iiiav5wwg1.jpeg?width=3072&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4689dc3d9466a9b995b8de06dd007f1edb3242fc

Question was about taste not price it's what works well for me so I share. There are different make which will be different in price as well.
For my morning shakes, I use Orgain protein powder and a scoop of Vital Protein collagen powder. You could also use plain Greek yogurt in your smoothie.
I was going to mrntion Vital Protein, too. Zero taste. As I understand it, beef collagen (which this is) is only lacking one amino acid to be a complete protein (and of course I don't remember which one it is).
