Perform Protein

There is no healthy amount of heavy metals. I went with vevo since they have very little heavy metals in their protein powder. A bit expensive but worth it.

I think Vivo can be very hit or miss for some people, and it’s always due to flavor. I wanted to like the powder I used, and purchased what I thought was the most popular flavor (Madagascar vanilla). I could technically stand it, but I didn’t enjoy drinking it, so I scoped out some other options to find a replacement. I did love that they were transparent about third party testing, which is a top concern for me.

vivo life salted caramel is the BEST. pricey but worth it

Vivolife are really good. They do a clean protein for cooking/baking with and a perform protein which has a little bit more protein, used for r shakes etc. They test all their products for heavy metals and purity etc, give them a look!

Vivo life is horrific 🤢 I just got the chocolate and vanilla and they have such a weird taste and are so damn sweet.

Hands down, Vivo Life performance. It’s pricey, but super clean (lab tested) and tastes good.

I have VIVO life. Natural and great to taste.
