My marathon PB is from 2016 in a pair of Altra One 2.5, which were a bit of a prelude to the OG Escalante Racer (which I remember being launch around Boston 2017)! The PB part is insane considering we have Supershoes these days!
Altra, love the zero drop too and have 6 pair of Torin that are only suitable for walking now. The recent editions of Torin weren't comfortable, so I went with Hoka. May have to try the Olympus.
Altras are known for their 0 drop shoes, though not all are. If you go with a 0 drop and have not previously spent a lot of miles without a drop, work up to it slowly. You can get seriously injured if you do too many miles too quickly. Some people love them, it gave me knee and hip pain. Everyone's body is different!
I live my Altras. The zero drop takes a little getting used to but now I prefer it.
there is a Google drive sheet floating around with wide shoes and measurements. (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/e/2PACX-1vQnRgxJU_LoYAyl4uAf2QtCZNNXDWJrewXMtTwnnPPeKYLqyqCABxO5ITtKOAeiKS5p91Dh-m83rNe3/pubhtml?pli=1) I am rocking altras. they have the widest box, but also zero drop. there are some with small drops, but not sure what exactly you need.
