My toes are the same. I've had good luck with topos. I'm also bummed altra discontinued the torin luxe! That was their one shoe could wear for longer than 200-ish miles.
I've only tried the magnifly (0 drop) for most runs and spectre 2 (5 mm drop) for speedier runs. The flared heel on the spectres felt weird at first, but it hasn't been an issue during runs. I run mid-forefoot, so that might have something to do with it. I like that the models I have don't have that aggressively tall, stiff part by the heel (cough, *torins*) that some other shoes do because they dig in and hurt. I'm probably going to try some of their more cushioned models. They seem to be holding up better than altras. I ran in those for about 7 years, but a couple years ago, I could barely get 200 miles out of them before I started getting injured. That was an awful lot to say I like them 😅 ETA: I can wear my normal size in them and my second toes feel just fine.

Get a fitting at a running store. I have had good luck with Altra Torins and I usually buy mens vs womens.
Wide feet here. Wide toe box changed everything for me (for altra torin). Went from suffering through 5-7k to enjoying 10-13km. Everyone is different so worth going to a specialist.
Altra is a bit cheaper than other good brands. In my case, Altra Torin.
I’m around the same size and run inn Altra Torins and I really like them
Long time Altra fan (Escalantes, Torins). Altra doesn’t really do road runners well anymore - heavy, unbreathable. Altra trail runners I still love (Timps). Try the Hoka Mach 6 in wide if you’re willing to venture outside zero drop. They are low drop (5 mm) and I have no issues mixing this low drop with zero drops.
Altra Torins are all I run in. I have super high arches plus wide front foot. I have 367ish miles on my current pair and am about to buy a new set to break in for a half marathon I'm running next month.
If it's any help, I dislike Torins and like Escalantes a great deal. Torins are too thick and I end up tripping when I wear them, but the Escalantes work great for me. I wouldn't call them barefoot at all, but if the Torins don't work for you there's still hope for the Escalantes.
