I have a GT 2000 -13, Kayano 31, Nimbus 23 and Pegasus 39 (Shield). Nimbus 23 I use for training/outdoor walks as cushioning has reduced GT 2000-13 is my daily trainer + runner Nike takes the same place as GT2000 when I'm alternating. However I couldn't hit the sweet spot with Kayano, It's feel heavy for runs, too cushioned for training. How'd you suggest using the Kayano 31? I was actually planning to simply use Kayano as a sneaker/outdoor shoe. Bought it for 4.9k that's the only thing stopping me for using it as outdoor shoe.

You can find asics nimbus or gel kayano for 5.5k if may malapit sayo outlet. Or new balance 1080 or more. Pede din puma magmax. Heavy side din ako, while I like to explore Chinese brands, preference ko din ung matry ko.

r/AskRunningShoeGeeksShoes for heavy runner that is durable
7 months ago

Before I read the whole OP I was going to suggest Nimbus. They are quite durable and nothing beats their comfort (so far). Do you use them for walking as well or are they just for the running? Because if they were your daily shoes, the simple answer would be to have two pairs of them for a day to day rotation. Or something lighter and bouncier like Endorphin Speed when you want to go for more fun and fast run. Then back to Nimbus when you just want the comfort. I have found NB 1080v14 to be quite comfy and maybe even softer than Nimbus. Then there are Cliftons which you mention. And I am waiting to try Vomero Plus, because they are supposed to be more breathable and softer than Vomero 18.

r/AskRunningShoeGeeks80+ kg runner, softer or firmer shoes?

I’m 80kg and a decent runner. Love soft shoes, asics nimbus are the best I’ve tried for training in

r/RunningShoeGeeks“ASICS Glideride Max 2”, 100 mile review. Yes it’s better than the Nimbus
3 days ago

I'm a Glideride Max convert after several years of Nimbus ownership. Once I started seriously training for races, I found the GRM better suited for that. Haven't really rotated my Nimbuses back in since then.

r/AskRunningShoeGeeksAny recommendations for actually narrow shoes?

Wondering if any of these suggestions worked for you. I’ve been running in NB1080 for a few years; before that asics gel nimbus but they changed those to the point where they were painful.

Find one shoe you like and keep buying it. For me that’s Superblast, Gel Nimbus, and Zoomfly.
