Sorry, another shoe i forgot to recommend for stability. Asics gt 2000 13. It was very firm for about 10 miles but once broken in. Very nice.
Nagpa gait analysis ako sa asics sm fairview and overpronated daw so stability shoes are recommended like kayano 31 and gt 2000 13 Gustong gusto ko talaga ng adidas evo sl as an adidas fan boy pero as per chatgpt prone to injuries in the long run like strain sa kness and ankles, arch fatigues etc. plan ko sana pang daily trainers up to 10k events sana. Hindi ba talaga pwede mag adidas evo sl for daily trainers? Seeking for advices. Thank you.
Yan din worry baka now wala pero in the long run magka injury. Thanks sa insight.
Yun nga e. There were comments and reviews like that. I think yung higher end talaga gusto nila imarket although alam ko mas lower si gt 2000 pero i felt comfy naman pero medyo mabigat pa rin na baka I feel ba dragging my feet na when I am doing 10ks which you’ve mentioned naman sa kayano 30s. Thanks sa insights ha. Takbo tayo hahaha
The thing is asymmetrical daw kasi ako left neutral while right overpronated. I have yet to research if nacocorrect pa yung right para maging neutral pero tama ka na, even though bias ako sa evo sl, parang may feel sya na di talaga stable like i will be putting to much work sa legs and knees na magcacause ng shin splints and other injuries in the long run IF gagawin kong daily trainers. Rotational shoes lang dapat sya. Thank you.
I wear GT-2000 13s half of the time and saucony omni 22 the other half of the time (both came out equal for me during a gait analysis test). I like the gt-2000 slightly better but the saucony have a better grip because the asics are super slippery
I over pronate and have used the GTS 23 for 700km now, I love it, I used to get bad achilles pain with neutral shoe and I can do long distances without issue on the GTS. I haven't quite retired them yet, but have started using the Asics GT 2000-13 as their replacement and nearly 100km in and also great for me so far.
Alles Kopfsache . Good Luck!
Thanks on experience ... i run for now in Saucony Guide 17,and Asics GT 2000 13 ,i have flexible high arch. I bought Bostons 13 but they are still in the box, still thinking should i try ,or return them. I did read Hoka x3 ,and Endorfins are stable enough, maybe Puma Deviate nitro 3 has a bit more stable platform?
I still havent tried them,i got overpronation ,but high arches... and i ran in Saucony guide ,and Asics gt 2000 13. What issues do you have with stability shoes? Even with stability shoes ,i got pain in Posterior Tibial Tendon, and often shin splints
i personally use asics gt 2000 13 and i found them insanely good
I just competed at Dallas in the ASICS gt-2000 13. They were fantastic! They were good on the runs and sleds and had no issues with them!
I have Asics GT 2000 12 and Asics GT 2000 13; best running shoes and recommended by my dr. I just received my Asics GT 2000 14 and they are not comfortable for me. Dr Robert Inglis my physical therapy dr analyzed my feet and my gait to determine what is the best shoes and models are best for feet so I can exercise better and avoid plantar fasciitis. His analyses made a huge difference. But now with the GT 2000 14 changes ,I don't want new problems .
I too love my GT-2000s! I'm seeing recs for the novablasts but when I tried these on at my local store I had to size up by a half size! Not sure if others feel the same way about the fit but posting in case you might have better luck finding a size 5.5? Personally I found the gel kayanos to feel super bulky and heavy so I wouldn't choose them for a race day
