Do you feel like the cushion is almost gone at all? I have the 15 and at about 100 miles mine felt dead. I still use them from time to time, but i rememeber LOVING them at first, and then they lost all their pop. I love the fit and style though. Perfect IMO. Prob my favorite shoe.

I did my first sub 2 HM in noosa tri 15. It's a good speed shoe (150€) but i wouldn't recommend it for the HM race at that pace

I just did a 7 mile run in my Noosa 15's yesterday and had a great time. Easy to push speed while keeping my heart rate in zone 2.

Have you tried the Noosa Tri? Durable and low stack. I have the 15s and love them

Daily: Novablast 5 Interval: Novablast 5... Next question. But seriously, at the moment I'm rotating through a pair of brooks ghost max, puma magmax nitro (my favourite shoe rn) and asics cumulus. Ultimately, there are so many daily trainers and there is no one size fits all, try em all on. In terms of interval work, for long tempo runs im rocking the Boston 12s. For Intervals runs under 40mins such as the Norwegian method or Mona Fartlek I'm using the Adidas Evo SLs. But if I'm in a mood, I picked up a pair of Asics Noosa Tri 15s cheap, they probably have my favourite tongue and they're super comfy. They are good for any speed. They fly. Personally the EVO SLs don't work for me when I go slower just leaves me with niggles. Im also an 85-90kg runner. Compared to some runners I'm on the heavier side. Probably why I get along so well with the Puma Magmax.

You've described my feet. I have : New Balance Rebel v5 - UK size 10- for easy runs Superblast 2s - UK size 9.5 - for long runs and tempo Endorphin Pro 4s - UK size 9 - for races (done a half marathon in them) Noosa Tri 15s - now old with high mileage but use them when the weather is bad for easy/recovery runs. On my superblasts and endorphin pros I use gap/skip lacing - this helps with the high arch/volume. I used to get plantar fasciitis before I discovered this lacing technique My new balances have a really wide base and I don't know if it's related but I don't need this lacing for them.

I have to disagree that the 16 is better than the 15. I’ve three pairs of 15 with over 700km each (those were my daily trainers). To me the upper of the 15 was so much better, I can’t stand the 16’… But the foam of the 16 do feels faster though. Hope the 17 suits me better. Nn

This has been my experience with the Kinvara 15, which sadly seems to have gotten almost no fanfare. I understand it's no longer the absolute minimalist shoe the line was known for in years past, but compared to the clunky high-stack, high-drop options that seem to be in style these days, it's like running on air. I've also had good experience with the Asics Noosa Tri 15 for something with a bit more cushioning underfoot.
