Not being silly! The brooks adrenaline 24 also gave me such bad blisters on my arches. I wear the saucony endorphin speed 4s on my tempo and track days which is a “neutral” shoe and have zero issues. And I severely overpronate, my ankles roll in quite a bit. I will say on easy days I do use a stability shoe, the saucony guides. They are the most comfortable shoe I’ve put on and I don’t think the stability is super aggressive. I searched high and low for another pair of 17s to have in hand. Love them!
Try saucony guide. I find there’s not much arch poking up and it’s a wide and foamy shoe at the base so it correct pronation that way. More of a neutral stable shoe Most comfortable stability shoe I’ve found and I have really bad over pronation. Was wearing the brooks adrenaline 24 previously and got horrid blisters on my arch. No blisters with saucony
I have both. I overpronate and my arches often hurt... but I run through it. I bought the 24 adrenaline gts and i was happy with them..then I bought the ghost max 2 run disney mickey version and I like them even more. The adrenaline just became my walking sneakers after I got the ghost max 2. Oh I still throw dr scholls inserts in them anyway.
i can vouch for the brooks adrenaline gts 24 as an incredible running shoe, for me they are the perfect daily driver, they are great for road and pretty good for trail, maybe not pure mud but they can do mud + grass. i cant speak on how good they are for support, as i have a neutral gait, and they aren't the most soft cusioned shoe out there, i wouldnt say they feel plush... more medium cusioned. a gotta reccommend them though, they got me my first sub 21 min park run, and through the 54k snowdonia sea2sky ultra which was steep climbs, wet, muddy, and rocky, with no blisters or joint issues at the end! also top tip! a lot of brands let you buy the shoes and use them as much as you want then return them if you dont like them, brooks and asics lets you use them for 90 days, hoka 30 days, give a few a try cus you never know what fits for you until you try
I brought with me Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 for walking, Azura for running. I didnt hike so didnt need but those 2 were sufficient. If i wanted to hike wouldve brought Adidas Terex Trailmaker 2.
I love the brooks adrenaline 22 and 23. The 24s have some weird heel cupping going on that I’m not a fan of, personally.

I have not used the Tempus, but I train with the Adrenaline GTS 24 and have had good success with the Adrenaline series. I've found that the brooks shoes tend to 'wrap' your foot more compared to ASICS (It's hard to describe but the upper shoe material is thicker and a bit more rigid). I like the way it feels on my feet, but if your feet get hot running, maybe consider another brand. I go up one half size compared to my normal shoe size.
I wore brooks adrenaline gts for years but I didn’t love the 24. Have been using saucony guide 18 for a while now and really like them.
I also have the Adrenaline GTS 24s. They’re awesome.
I have the 860v14, the Tempus 2, and the Adrenaline GTS 24. Note that I'm a heavier runner, at 90kg. * The 860v14 feels nice and plush to walk in, but when running in them it seems as though I'm instantly bottoming them on each footstrike, so the brunt of the impact feels abrupt and firm. This isn't a dealbreaker, the ride experience isn't bad per se, but it means the shoe doesn't feel as cush as I was expecting it to when I first did a walk test in them. The gusset on the tongue also digs into my right midfoot on the lateral side, which is annoying but not a serious concern. * I don't mind the Adrenaline GTS 24. They're firmer than the 860v14, the foam has a dense squish to it which absorbs impact and makes my feet feel well-protected while running. For some reason Brooks decided to reduce the forefoot volume in the shoe though, so it was a bit constrictive until I broke them in (though the shoe comes in wide sizes so if you try them on in store you may be able to deal with this), and the heel collar sits lower than I'd like. * I'm going to be the possibly lone voice of dissent here and say that I absolutely hate the Tempus 2, and consider my purchase of this shoe to be a mistake. I bought this shoe hoping for a stable and protective yet responsive shoe for long runs, but the ride experience for me has been dominated by the *incredibly* firm and unpleasant EVA stability frame abusing my midfoot. It's a really unpleasant thing to land on over and over again. I feel that I only ever get the responsive character of the PEBA parts of the midsole when I'm running downhill, at which point, to its credit, it does start doing the "shoe doing the running for you" supershoe thing. The rest of the time the PEBA is just not a pronounced part of the ride experience. I'm hoping that the shoe will break in and start actually protecting my feet (I've put 35km on it so far), but I'll likely write it off as a loss once my pair of Puma MagMax arrives. Oh, and the upper is tacky synthetic garbage, the uppers on every other shoe mentioned here are far superior. Hope the above helps. I seem to be a lone voice of dissent on the Tempus 2 so you might want to either go with the popular acclaim and give them a shot anyway, or ideally try them on in store before you decide. That said, if I were making this decision, I'd try to snag a pair of 860v14's on steep discount for walking and possibly some easy runs (NB has had some crazy sales), and grab a pair of Brooks Hyperion GTS 2's. As far as stability running shoe quality goes, the Hyperion GTS 2 is really in a league of its own in just about every regard.
Yeah without a doubt these have helped my feet the most.
