Li-Ning - Red Hare 9 Pro (ARPW001)

Honestly a daily trainer like a puma velocity nitro 4. It feels like an all round better version of a pegasus in the way that it does everything well. The li ning red hare 9 pro is also a great budget alternative that's as good for about 40% of the price if you can be bothered to use the TaoBao app. If you want something faster and more protective I'd consider the Dynafish Xiaonian which are my favourite shoe of all time. Super light and I use them for my 7:30 min/km recovery sessions and my 3:40 tempo runs and they're great in both. Plus they're cheap

This is more of a tempo shoe. In terms of daily trainers there's 4 ways you can kind of go. You can get a versatile, lower stack pegasus type daily trainer (the best ones are probably the velocity nitro 4 and li ning red hare 9 pro), you could get a max cushion longer run shoe (like a magmax 2, superblast 3 or Vomero plus for something a bit more versatile), you can get a carbon tempo shoe (like the ZF6 but the deviate nitro 4 is probably a better shoe) or you can get a supertrainer (like the Megablast or Xiaonian) for something with a greater range. I'm biased because it's my daily but I love the Xiaonian due to it's versatility. Even if I'm doing intervals or tempo stuff I usually put these on over my carbon plated shoes it's that good. Honestly get neither and go for a li ning red hare 8/9 pro. Arguably better than both and literally like $40 if you can be bothered to go through TaoBao

If stability is your main concern; Daily: 361 Eleos 2 Plus, 361 Eleos, Dynafish Xiaonian, Anta Zone 2, Li-ning Red Hare 9 Pro, BMAI March 6, Qiaodan Wind 4 Eleos 2 Plus is a stable max stack trainer with TPEE foam, slightly firmer than the Eleos which is PEBA/EVA blend, both available on Taobao and Aliexpress (pricier). Dynafish Xiaonian is one of the best running shoes ever made, bouncy and very versatile, soft TPEE foam. Anta Zone 2 (nitrogen infused supercritical foam) is a soft, bouncy plateless super trainer with a very energetic N90 super foam, Red Hare 9 Pro is a classic daily trainer with a traditional ride, beaded Boom foam with balanced cushioning. Alternatively the BMAI March 6 is a good stable daily, punchy beaded TPU foam. Qiaodan Wind 4 might be the fastest daily trainer out of the bunch here, also beaded TPU, plastic plate for stability. Long run: Dynafish Xiaonian, Li-ning Red Hare 9 Ultra You can technically use the Xiaonian (TPEE) as a daily trainer but I prefer it for long runs as it is so good at locking you at steady pace. RH9U (PEBA) is another good long run shoe, very protective, fun and one of the bounciest if not the bounciest shoes out there, although stability is minimal here. Tempo trainers/budget racers: Li-ning Feidian 5 Challenger, BMAI Carbon Fly Plus, BMAI Carbon Fly 2, Anta C202 7 The Li-ning Feidian 5 Challenger (PEBA) is one of the best shoes out there for speed sessions offering insane value for being dirt cheap on Taobao. BMAI Carbon/Jingtan Fly Plus (beaded ATPU) is another good tempo trainer. For budget racers, I’d recommend the Anta C202 7 (nitrogen-infused N85) if you like soft cushioning, or BMAI Carbon Fly 2 (beaded ATPU) if you like firmer, punchy cushioning. Race: Xtep 160x 3.0/3.5 Pro, Anta C202 6 Pro, 361 Flame 5, 361 Flame 5 Future, 361 Furious Future 2, Qiaodan Feiying Plaid 1.5 The Xtep 160x 3.0/3.5 Pro is the most popular Chinese race shoe, aggressive but bouncy and decently stable shoe, beaded PEBA. The C202 6 Pro (nitrogen infused supercritical foam) is also another aggressive and fast marathon racer, stable and punchy. The Flame 5 (beaded nylon) is a stable racer, slightly on the firmer side than most super shoes today, while the Flame 5 Future (TPEE) is a fast half marathon and 10k shoe. The Furious Future 2 (PEBA) and Plaid 1.5 (TPEE) are good options if you like soft and bouncy racers. Li-Ning Feidian 6 Elite (PEBA) is arguably the best Chinese race shoe to date (the bounciest) but stay away from it if you want a stable one. My top 3 Chinese marathon shoes: Feidian 6 Elite > C202 6 Pro > 160X 3.0/3.5 Pro = Feidian 5 Elite

supernova rise is good. xtep 2000km 5.0 pro if you find one is better. ignore the rest of your list. recommendation = li ning red hare 9 pro. rh8 pro is also as good. buy the xtep 2km 5 pro for rotation.
