Acceptable_Canuck 1.0For non carbon plated shoes the wave rebellion flash 3 will probably be your fastest/most aggressive option and great if you can handle the less conventional geometry. The sonic blast would be most similar to your novas.
Appropriate_Mix_2064 0.2Probly 50-50 plated and non plated. Some quicker, lighter shoes like mizuno flash or kinvara are great too. It’s madness doing everything fast in plate shoes. I think you lose any race day benefit feel In general I completely mix up my shoe types. Lots of superblast time, altras (ultra low drop), plate shoes and recovery style shoes. Even a bit of time barefoot. I think the injury mitigation has been a big factor - late 40s and keen to avoid injury
