SUPERBLAST 2
Marathon workhorse, but loud and clunky at slow paces.

Running these analyses costs money. Buy through my links to help keep lights on! I may get a small commission.
Li Ning RHU, Megablast, Pegasus 42 to balance the superfoams lol
Nike Pegasus 42. I use the 41 for days of lifting and running on the treadmill. Yes, my other running shoe are too soft - Novablast, Superblast 3, 1080 v15 all too soft and unstable for lifting. The Pegs are good, 42's better than the 41s. I'll be getting those soon. The other shoe I use is the Brooks Hyperion 2 but getting those are difficult. The 3 is long out and not as good for lifting IMO. If you go heavy leg days, wear proper weight training shoes or cross trainers. The cross trainers I have suck at running though but you can try them and see what you think.
I actually enjoy the Pegasus 42s.
So for the use case you suggested I would personally chose the Rebel, specifically because it is the worst shoe. The other two shoes are amazing super trainers and miles better (excuse the pun) than the Rebel, but for easy running and strides, this is where you want to be doing the work yourself rather than the shoe doing it for you. You will get more adaptations from the hill sprints/strides if you use a shoe that is a bit more basic and doesn’t give you loads of energy back. I have the Megablast, Superblast 3 and will be using the Deviate Pure Nitro for speed work (after they arrive tomorrow) so own top tier shoes, but when it comes to really easy runs followed by strides/hill sprints, I use the Pegasus 42. Heavier with basic/little energy return, durable as a tank that I can hammer into the ground over and over, and promote the best form and improvement. If you can hill sprint in something basic you will fly when you put your good shoes on.
My thoughts are that you don’t have any lower stacked or ‘honest’ shoes. Everything is either a super foam and/or a high stack. With that many obviously great shoes, you have any run imaginable covered, but in my opinion running in high stack super trainers constantly is pretty bad for your progression as a runner and encourages lazy mechanics. If you don’t really care about becoming a better runner and it’s all about the shoes and having fun in them then that’s fine of course! but if you do want to improve and get strong, I would highly reccomend introducing a lower stacked / more basic option and run in that once or twice a week. A shoe that is very simple and will not do the work for you (Peg 42, Mach 7, Velocity Nitro 4, Adios 9, Pegasus Plus). Alfie Manthorpe for example (elite British runner, 2:11 marathon) regularly runs in the Velocity Nitro 4 or an old pair of EVA-foamed new balances to train ‘honestly’. I’ve been copying this methodology and use the Peg 42 once or twice a week for easy runs with hill sprints on the end and it’s been a game changer.
Pure’s are great man I’m loving them! Only got like 10 miles into them as I’m just using them for speed work. Super lightweight, unmatched outsole grip, decently bouncy but nothing mind blowing. They are less propulsive than say an EVO SL, but way more comfortable. Yeah Peg 42 is super basic, they’re totally different shoes. Pegs have very little energy return and are heavy, which like I said makes them the perfect honest shoe. What else makes them perfect for that role is they have only 27mm foam in the forefoot, they’re comfortable, great grip and are insanely durable.
Look into the Pegasus 42! That works for me for that purpose.
It is a good shoe but I would not recommend it being your only pair of running shoes. These are intended to be used for faster sessions and races, while running in general incorporates mostly easy and relaxed pace runs, if you do it right. Nike Vomero 18 or Nike Pegasus 42 are suitable for that purpose, if you like Nike.
