I have both Zoom Fly 6 and Superblast 2. They’re both great to be honest, super durable (which was my main issue with Novablast 5), comfortable and perfect for HM distance. If I had to choose one I would probably say Superblast - they’re less suited for speed than the Zoom Fly but they will look after your legs better. Also way more versatile, I can reach for them for pretty much any run and they’ll do the job. Would have no issue using them on race day for any long distance. ZF6 I mainly use for harder efforts and at 6:30/km the plate probably won’t do much for you

I'd be surprised if you get along with the Rebel and Zoom Fly. I found both too soft and I'm 165-170lbs.

I'm a heavy runner, currently 214lbs. Was 236lbs when I started back in December. Originally got a pair of Brooks Adrenaline and it was great but I was wearing it out quickly. I use it for walking now. I have a pair of Brooks Hyperion Max 2 that I use for Tempo and Base runs. Nike Zoom Fly 6 for Threshold and Race day. Nike Zoom Rival Fly for easy, base and treadmill runs. I was also a sneaker head before getting into running so I don't need any extra reasons to buy a new one lol. I do notice wearing different sneakers for each run has minimized my fatigue.

Depends on pace tbh - I highly recommend the vomero plus as an upgrade from the vomero 18 generally, they’re happy at slower paces but far more springy if you need to pick up the pace. I do all my long runs in them, including some mileage at HM pace (4:30ish per km) and find them plenty quick enough. If you’re looking for something more aggressive, say for track intervals or 5k efforts, the obvious choice would be the zoomfly 6. I wouldn’t touch a race shoe, at your point in your running journey, personally

I have them, and I'm a big fan. Fwiw I'm a relatively new runner, about 9 months in, but have always been fairly athletic so got up to HM ability reasonably quickly. Really nice heel cup so no slipping around, comfortable enough for long runs where I'm finishing faster. Genuinely really happy with them. I have Vomero 18s as my daily trainer which I'm a big fan of, they're stable and comfortable however long I want to go for. I'm about 90kg and naturally bigger built so the fact Vomero 18s are quite heavy doesn't really bother me. They're for most of my long runs and easy/recovery runs, which the Zoom Fly 6 wouldn't handle. Some people will suggest Vomero Plus and I think price wise on SportsShoes not a lot in it now. So yeah if you're planning on using them for tempo and faster runs as part of a rotation, fine, but if you want them as your only pair, I'd say no.

I have the zoomfly and es5. If you forefoot strike, i would deffo say zoomfly. They have loads of bouncy foam under the forefoot
