I tried on the Azura today, rly good plateless marathon shoe! Prob won’t last as long as SB2 but it’s also only $150 or $130 with a coupon. Not that similar to a SB2 but these DNE4 would probably work for you on 3:15 target. They are not as plush as the DNE3 and FR3, a bit more firm. You can heel, mid or foot foot strike in them. Pretty stable! Tried them on today at the Gate Expo (USATF 15k championship) super smooth, pretty stable, ridiculously light. I already have DNE3 and FR3, these are bangers and will work for many people. https://preview.redd.it/4ffgt9dzjang1.jpeg?width=2698&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2fe96c42e0c8fd8f6a3b884c702110b0bd7c539d
Hey, I'm very new to Running. I normally Swim but that's not an option in Winters so I'm switching to Running and trying to lose weight. 170cm \~75kg I can do around 3 kilometres, though I wanna take it up to 5+ daily eventually. I've been running in cheap-ish Puma Foam Stride shoes and they're okay. I recently tried Asics Nimbus 27 and honestly didn't like them much, the curve and the hefty size did not make it an enjoyable experience. I'm still in the phase where I'm not quite set in my ways of running form and discipline and pace or endurance etc. Some shoe recommendations you can make given all this? Something that doesn't break the bank.
