I'll 2nd Puma The Velocity Nitro 3 is the narrowest shoe I've come across. Also try the Adidas Adizero SL2
Novablast 5 are great easy run shoes. They just start to feel less good after 200km. Puma Velocity Nitro 3 is also great for daily runs and is very cheap usually. Great protection and comfortable fit.
The Velocity nitro 3's punch well above their price point. They do have a narrow tow box which isn't for everyone though. If they fit, they're a bargain.
I picked up a pair. Lovely shoes, feel above their price point but have a narrow toe box. If you don't need wide shoes they're a bargain.
Based on my budget, Puma. I'm a below average runner and can live with a 2-shoe rotation, both velocity nitro 3. 😂
I have super narrow feet too. I like the puma velocity 3 and the new fast-r 3. From Nike, Pegasus esp the premium version and the Vaporfly. I can’t really do hoka much because of the lack of a pointy toe box, but their lasts tend to run narrow through the midfoot. The adidas sl2, Takumi sen, and adios 9 are good too. A lot of high stack shoes are also made really wide so that they are more stable, so you have to be really careful with those.
I bought 3 pairs of the Puma Velocity Nitro 3 because it is the best shoe I’ve ever run in. YMMV, but once you find a shoe you love, buy several pairs and enjoy them while they last!
Velocity 3 is al echt top. Hoor ook alleen maar goede verhalen over de 4. sowieso fitting van puma is echt bizar goed, zeker voor de prijzen
24 are very comfortable, maybe the most comfortable shoe I have ever had. However, they do feel a little big and plodding for me. They feel smooth, soft, even have a little bounce, just slow. Which is fine for a max cush trainer, that is their intended purpose, I just wish they felt a little more nimble. The thick spongy insole is probably the issue for me, I would prefer a thinner and lighter insole to allow the PB foam to shine. Or, put the PWRN+ insole in it. I will continue to enjoy them, since the 25 is a little lighter, I think I will give them a try as well. Additionally, I typically like 6mm drop, but since these are pretty soft in the heel, I wouldn't mind if they were an 8mm drop, I think it would help move the runner fwd a little better. They feel more like a 4mm or lower drop while running (for me).
Search for the previous gen shoes and you’ll find some absolute bargains. Just because a newer version is out doesn’t immediately render the previous version a bad shoe. I recently picked up 2 pairs of the puma velocity 3s for £45 each. The Velocity 4 is probably a better shoe but the 3s are still fantastic.
My current dailys are Adidas Adizero SL2 \~£80 & the Puma Velocity Nitro 3s \~£70. Have done 700km and 350km respectively so far and they're still good.
I have both Velocity Nitro 4s and the Evo SLs, the VN4s are ok but a bit too low to the ground for me, personally prefer the VN3s to the 4s.
Been putting my daily/medium/long runs into a pair of Puma Velocity Nitro 3s for £70 (4th iteration just got released). Toe boxs are wide enough for my big toes and have been doing runs up to 25km and I recently did a 10km runthrough event in them. Also agree with the other poster about the Adidas SL2 as a cheap and decent daily.
