Salomon - Aero Blaze 3

Mach 6-7, brooks hyperion 3, salomon aero blaze 3. Theese work well in the littlebit longer rums,but you csn use them for intervall sessions.

A second on the Aeroglide 3 GRVL. I have the lower stack Aeroblaze 3 and they are great. A lot of shoe tubers saying surprise shoe of the year for Aeroglide and think you would appreciate the extra stack for marathon block. Also if trails are part of your runs really consider Puma, best grip in the game outside trail shoes. Velocity Nitro 4, or if want a more Novablast height stack the Magnify 3 is worth a look. If you want all out cushioning, the Magmax is more like the Vomero plus and Superblast 2 with 46mm stack, might be a good marathon training companion. All the Puma stuff is well priced too (in the UK)! Don't recommend NB5 for trails and Bridleways.

The Solomon aero blaze 3 and aero glide 3(or 4) both come in a gravel version which features a very trail capable outsole. The blaze is lighter and more nimble, something that can pick up the pace. The glide is a higher cushion cruiser with enough protection for basically any distance. I have the road version of the aero glide and even still it has a very good outsole with basically full coverage of rubber and decent lugs. It's good on roads, perfect on gravel paths/dirt roads, and stable enough for buffed out single track trails. My only other advise is the fit is strange for the aero glide, it is very long and fairly narrow. I went a half size down from my usual US size and still had a full thumbs width before my big toe, I've got a skinny foot so the narrowness didn't bother me but I could certainly feel less width compared to other brands

Aero Blaze 3 is also worth considering - very similar spec wise and much cheaper. The eTPU might also be more durable.
