Had xtep 2000km 3.0 Not for people whose pace is 7-9m/km. This will feel like a slab of brick. Of course the experience can differ because of weight, cadence and stride. Pero firm talaga to at ideal lg for 4-6m/km pace for me. For walk/jog pace: My recommendation is to look for a (max) cushioned shoe/daily trainer like 361 Eleos specially if you're on a walk/jog pace or decided to run and hit heavy every stride, this can pick up the pace. Again, this can differ a lot from person 2 person. From your choices, siguro young supernova line up ng Adidas. I heard na they're on the cushion-er side and has decent response. Meron dn shoes like NB 880/1080 na soft but not that responsive aka mushy. Good for walking and a little bit of jogging. Tsaka wag ka bumili ng may mga carbon plate kahit gano ka astig looking at mura, lalaspagin lg nyan paa mo hahaah Also, malapit na bday sale ni Lazada. Ipon na coins hehe Check out youtubers like HUI, Blue mango RSR and Dr. Cy they review chinese running shoes and compare it to major global brands.

I only have XTEP 2000KM 3.0, so far, maganda rin siya for long run :)) Can't afford ko pa yung other shoe brands. Huehuehue!

Its hard po to recommend a shoe without context - you want it for Speed/Race? Comfort? Stability? If you can only have 1 pair and I need to choose from this list, will go with the Xtep 2000 3.0 If budget can be stretched a little and you want a daily running shoe, go for Nike Vomero plus, Vomero 18, or Novablast 5

Video for reference: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbzJnncsK18](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbzJnncsK18) I'm currently doing my research, and found that the Anta PG7 is not really ideal for these types of runs, since these tend to be long distances, plus mushy daw si Anta, mainit sa paa, tapos maikli lang ang lifespan. I currently am using the xtep 2km 3.0 pero di rin siya ideal for paces like the one in the video. I use it for my interval training and 3.2km test. Hindi ko alam kung zone 2-3 ang pace na nasa video, pero naghahanap ako ng sapatos na durable, masarap sa paa gamitin both in long distance tapos sa ganyang pace. Forgot to add some details about me 5'7'' and a half Maintaining 67-68kg Been running for 7 years (on and off) so medyo sanay na rin. Albeit I am unsure if my form is the most efficient for running, pero mabilis ako maka recover after running. I run every other day (1 day after recovering from last run)

Xtep 2000km 3.0 lang meron ako dito. Low stack sya good for short and fast pace runs. Very stable dahil may stability plate sa gitna. Foam is on the firmer side since it’s marketed to last 2000km. Mine currently has 100km on it since tempo days ko lang sya ginagamit. I also have Anta PG7 Travel. High stack and soft foam. Sobrang solid for recovery runs kinabukasan ng LSD or tempo sessions. Hindi masyadong stable medyo nakaka tapilok for beginners. Nasa 200k na yung mileage nung sakin. Meron din akong 361 Pop Blaze 5.0. This is my daily beater. Super high stack sya, like tumatangkad ako ng almost 2 inches pag suot ko to. Also firm yung foam nya. Super good for daily usage. As of now nasa 400km+ na mileage nitong sakin. Lahat yan nabili ko sa Shopee nasa 2k php lang so goods na goods sa mga budget runners.

XTEP 2000km 3.0 is not suitable for wide feet. Bought this and regretted it.

Short answer: Pg7 works. Xtep 2km 3.0 works. Ultimately it depends on your preferences. Long answer: if you want durability look at the foam. Premium foams (PEBA, TPEE, ATPU) outlast standard ones like EVA. These foams vary in density. Soft foams dont last as long ad firm ones. You look at a shoe like Megablast (slightly firm ATPU) and that's a tank. Mine will probably be within 1200km to 1600km before retiring. But it's 9-12k retail. You can buy 3-5 pairs of pg7 that'll last 300-400km each. There are shoes that have better cost-value like Evo SL (slightly soft TPEE) that's 7-8k retail but lasts 500km to 1000+km. Personally, mines still fine at 1200km. But, if you look at the reviews, it's not for everyone so it all goes back to preference.
