"Based on the YouTube review below, we picked up a Dreame D10 Plus Gen 2 and holy cow the difference is night and day. ... If you go Dreame, make sure you get the tricut brush as well, it's what really changes things. ... We have two Goldens running around the house, and now that I've set up the D10 with tricut brush to run at night right before the X1 Omni, the hair tumbleweeds are gone and I no longer have to clean hair out of the vacuum rollers. ... TL;DR: Non-carpet flooring with pets? Get a Dreame vacuum and a Tricut brush."
"The Tricut brush is a double-edged sword in that it definitely does not get tangled with hair. ... I've been using the Tricut brush since November 2024 on 3 Dreametech vacuums (one L40 and two D10 Plus's) and not a single one of them has had a hair tangle yet."
"Got the dream a few weeks ago. It's a game changer. I had a Neato and a few iRobots over the years. With those units, I spent more time pulling out dog hair and untangling rollers than actually using the product."

"D10 Plus is the best bang for the buck with a base. ... Auto-empty is a game-changer in a dusty home. ... great value for the price ... You can go a couple of weeks without touching the robot. Totally worth it if that’s a pain point. ... Best value with base: D10 Plus"
"I wasn't planning to spend more than £300 when I wanted one. None is worth 1000s for me. ... I'm extremely happy with it. I don't understand why people pay so much money for these."
"£230 was a great price for this."

"We just use it for vac to deal with dust and pet hair."
"Really good for carpets though."

"The feature I like the best is the auto emptying dock which means I don’t need to constantly empty the vacuum box inside it each time."

"The auto-empty is really nice because the storage in the things are tiny and it would be a pain in the ass having to empty it every day."

"The mop pad on the base station gets hairy."
The Dreame D10 Plus I'd like to consider one of Dreame's hidden gems, sure you might not think so by looking at it, but it's a completely capable little machine and its more than enough for what some people need. I have customers come in who specifically come back and want to buy another D10 Plus for a separate part of their home or their office space etc. that don't want to deal with a a big base or too much water and need it mostly for just vacuuming and self emptying. If you are looking for mopping feature specifically, it does have it, but routine refilling will be necessary as the water tank is on the bot itself and it does not have a self refilling base, but it does well enough for the price point. overall its a solid little bot that I enjoy selling for those more needing a vacuum first and mopping every once in a while versus daily mopping. hope this helps and happy hunting!
r/RobotVacuums • Opinions on Dreame D10 Plus Gen 2? ->Just replaced a uoni (no longer exists) with a dreame d10 plus gen 2 - 50% sale. Robot vacs overall - highly recommend. Our uoni navigation went haywire (was like watching a drunk stumble around bumping into things - funny the first few times). The house go very dirty very quick. Really really noticed when it wasn’t doing its thing. New Dreame is a massive improvement. App is excellent. Navigation is superb - doesn’t bump into walls. Very quiet. We just use it for vac to deal with dust and pet hair.
r/RobotVacuums • What's the best robot vacuum? ->We've been using an Ecovacs X1 Omni for a few years now and it works well, but it struggles with pet hair tangles. Based on the YouTube review below, we picked up a Dreame D10 Plus Gen 2 and holy cow the difference is night and day. If you go Dreame, make sure you get the tricut brush as well, it's what really changes things. We have two Goldens running around the house, and now that I've set up the D10 with tricut brush to run at night right before the X1 Omni, the hair tumbleweeds are gone and I no longer have to clean hair out of the vacuum rollers. I'd highly recommend something from Dreame that includes mopping to fit your needs 👍 TL;DR: Non-carpet flooring with pets? Get a Dreame vacuum and a Tricut brush. Check for Home Assistant compatibility first. Most but not all of them are integrable. https://youtu.be/kF1y2rLqAGM
r/homeassistant • What's the best recommended Robot Vacuum on the market that you really swear by?
r/Suomi • Halvat robotti-imurit ->I think D10 Plus Gen 2 is a solid choice if mopping is not your priority
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum for a mostly carpeted home with wood floors for hallways and multiple cats ? ->Based on your needs, Sados 10r is an overkill except you are planned to move into larger place in the next months. For Roborock, if you don't mind washing and changing the mop pad before every mopping session, you can go with Q7 M5/L5/TF with + designation for auto empty station. The Q10 S5+/X5+ gives more features above Q7 like obstacle avoidance sensor, vibrating mop pad and lifting mop pad unlike passive mop like in Q7. If you need a bit more automation, you can spend a little more on QV35A/QV35S (different only in suction power 8000Pa vs 10000Pa), and Qrevo S (7000Pa but come with warm air mop drying unlike ambient temperature drying in QV35). The QV35 has other names in some regions called Qrevo L. For Dreame, you can go with their D9 Max Gen 2 (no auto-empty dock), D10 Plus Gen 2 (with auto-empty dock), D20 Pro Plus (upgraded from D10 with more features like obstacle avoidance, extendable side brush, dual roller main brush great for anti tangle, and 13000Pa suction). There's also D20 Plus with almost similar specs to D20 Pro Plus but without the extendable side brush for corner cleaning and obstacle avoidance sensor. If you need a bit automation, there is D20 Ultra (offered in certain regions), L10s Ultra, L10s Ultra Gen 2, and so on. There's also Mova (Dreame's cheaper sub-brand) with S10 (cousin to D9), E30 Ultra for a bit more automation but cheap (cousin to D20 Ultra), S20 Ultra, or P10 Pro Ultra. You could also try to check Xiaomi's robots if available in your place. Their customer service is mostly decent and their robot is designed by Dreame using Dreame's older design and sold at cheaper and competitive price than Roborock, Dreame, and Mova.
r/RobotVacuums • Those of you with small apartments, what robot do you use? ->Dreame D10 plus gen2 Para quem tem um cão funciona muito bem e com o saco não te chateias
r/CasualPT • Aspiradores para pessoal com animais em casa ->Dreame is a great option and has a dedicated plugin as well. This is what I own.
r/homeassistant • What are The Best Robot Vacuums Recommendations Today for Busy Folks? ->I’ve got the dreame D10 plus gen 2. It was on sale for half price when I purchased it. I can see it’s on sale on amazon (in Australia) for a similar deal at the moment. The high end devices from dreame look absolutely awesome but were too expensive for me. They have all kinds of automatic mops with cleaning. The D10 plus gen 2 has all the features I need for now. The feature I like the best is the auto emptying dock which means I don’t need to constantly empty the vacuum box inside it each time.
r/homeassistant • What are The Best Robot Vacuums Recommendations Today for Busy Folks? ->Hope this helps: Under $300/400 look at the Dreame D10 Plus Gen 2, roborock Q10 S5+ Under $600 look at the Mova P10 Pro Ultra, roborock Qrevo Series, Dreame L40 Ultra Under $1000 look at the Mova P50 Pro Ultra, Narwal Freo Z10, Narwal Freo Z Ultra, Dreame X40 Ultra Love Narwal for pet hair so with 2 dogs and 1 cat I think that might be the way to go with your hairy household! If I had to pick the P50 Pro Ultra, either Narwal you would be happy with. The Mova P10, Qrevo Series, L40 Ultra are very respectable as well!
r/RobotVacuums • Purchasing Recommendations ->It is the reason I got my first robot vacuum, saw the presentation video and realised the market had grown a long way from the terrible robot vacuums of the early days. Got myself a dreame D10 plus a few days later.
r/RobotVacuums • Got the Matic robot vacuum. AMA ->I just bought one, and my choice was a Dreame D10 Plus after extensive research. One of the main tipping points was how their HA integration has just no competitor. Roborock and Eufy paled in comparison, and Valetudo is out of the question despite the promoters, as it has no floor support and other limitations. Another key point for me was the optional roller which automatically cuts long hair. We have 2 adults with long hair and a short hair cat, and it was a bother for us how the roller was entangled every time with our last robovac. We've just had it for a week, so can't comment yet, but so far I'm very happy with the HA integration. I also didn't want to spend £1000 for a Robovac like most people. I wanted it cheap, so £230 was a great price for this. Mop was just a bonus, we didn't care about it.
r/homeassistant • What's your TOP PICK for the best Robot Vacuum Mop today? ->I wasn't planning to spend more than £300 when I wanted one. None is worth 1000s for me. After lots of research I decided on the Dreame D10 Plus, mostly due to hair trimmer accessory and the HA integration. I'm extremely happy with it. I don't understand why people pay so much money for these.
