"I absolutely do not regret buying the robot vacuum. ... My room is a lot cleaner and dust-free now, and I can tell just by wiping my floor with a wet toilet paper and seeing barely anything picked up. ... I've been getting allergens a ton less, most of which not even in my room. ... All this for the commitment of a weekly emptying is miles more convenient than vacuuming traditionally, as opposed to making a few taps on my phone. ... looking back it was definitely worth the investment."
"My cat has very bad mite allergies, and this vacuum is a must have for us for keeping the floors clean of all dust, dander, and dirt."
"The second floor of my house is all carpeted, and I used to clean with a Dyson V8, but since I got the E28, I haven't vacuumed myself."

"battery lasts me forever, I charge it once a week and I game every day."
"16 days battery life on my fenix. ... The other aspect I really appreciate about my fenix is the battery life. 16 days or so. With everything I have to change these days (laptops, mice, keyboards, headphones, watches, phones), I appreciate not having to worry about it too often."
"Oh, and the battery lasts days even when exercising a lot (weeks without excercise)."

"I’ve seen on the camera the poor guy making multiple trips to self empty while in one room but it’s cut the hair buildup tenfold."
"With three they can just make it to a full week for emptying. ... Life changing."
"splurge for the self emptying because if you have to empty it every time you're less likely to use it. We only have to empty ours like once a month and I have a 14mo and a 3yo who drop crumbs everywhere. ... we have a Shark with a large self emptying bin and that thing is great for the price point."

"Got the dream a few weeks ago. It's a game changer. I had a Neato and a few iRobots over the years. With those units, I spent more time pulling out dog hair and untangling rollers than actually using the product."
"I own 3 Golden Retrievers and live in an apartment, so they are 24/7 inside the house except for the walks, and let's also add the wife with long hair. ... every Sunday I clean the main brush from a few hair that gets tangled ... if it's a well built robot it can easily clean the house daily without having to remove chunks of hair from it"
"I’m fucking amazed at how well it works. ... We have two dogs and three cats and my wife back moved, prior to buy a mess, daily as well as mopped a couple to few times a week. We wake up every morning with gorgeous clean floors. ... I just bought a L 10 second generation and I’m blown away."

"it is also way more prone to tracking pet messes about, that happened once with a pile of cat vomit and I was a little traumatized."
"if you take if off the dock yourself it loses the mop function unless you restart it literally 10 times"
"for the love of God please don get a roomba combo model. They don work… ever."

"Unlike the Dreame, this Mova can clean the edges but by swinging like other robot models which is very effective but takes much longer."
"Toe kick cleaning is in my experience non-existent. Maybe mine are too low, I'll have to clean those 2 inches by hand."
"It also was not mopping correct. There was always a dry line between the two mops."

"return to dock is failure."
"I thought this is crap and was going to throw it ... there is a shitty sticker on the dock, small grey sticker. It needs to be removed."
"I have issues with the robot docking it doesn’t dock without me pushing it back into the dock now after owning it for about a year."

"horrifically expensive"
"I tested Oura and returned it for this reason."
"price of replacement parts is a huge reason i recommend sebo vacuums. ... every time i have to look up a part for a miele vacuum i already know it ’s going to cost 3x-4x what it should."

"Did you manage to find parts? ... Oh my, I just hit the purchase button ... But I am in Europe :( ... After a lot of searching, it seems like the Dreame e20 plus is a white label vacuum robot sold by different brands (all with compatible bags, which is what I was looking for):"
"Only issue is i cant find parts anywhere, no dust bags or anything. ... Still no, and the only bags I've found were by contacting support and them shipping them from a factory and me basically importing them.. like 16 bucks a bag"
I just got this from Costco. I didn’t realize it had a collection bag. Now im trying to find out where to buy more and price before I try it out but cannot find anything about this model anywhere except on this thread.
r/Dreame_Tech • Dreame E20 Plus - Any initial reviews? ->Dont buy. Mapping is ok, sweeping is fine but return to dock is failure.
r/Dreame_Tech • Dreame E20 Plus - Any initial reviews? ->Got the dream a few weeks ago. It's a game changer. I had a Neato and a few iRobots over the years. With those units, I spent more time pulling out dog hair and untangling rollers than actually using the product. This is a lot more advanced, and with the self emptying, it's pretty great. All I do now is swap out the water tanks every day. Gripes? The mop pad on the base station gets hairy. It has difficulty getting dirt between the edge of the rug and the hardwood floors. It's expensive. All in all, it's a nice machine.
r/Dreame_Tech • X50 Ultra Thoughts? ->Thanks for sharing! I hypothesize that the X50 Ultra's poor battery life is likely due to the more power-hungry computer chip it utilizes. My own experience with the L40s Pro Ultra (mainland Chinese version) had a *worse battery life* that struggled to finish cleaning my home whereas my much cheaper combo Xiaomi robot (also mainland Chinese version) that has the same battery capacity and is also made by Dreame would be able to vacuum first and then mop my small apartment and finish with 50%. Other reviewers have reported that the L40s Pro Ultra (non-mainland Chinese edition) had a bad battery life, just like me :( Hopefully, this issue will be fixed soon. I hope the Dreame Aqua 10 Pro Track doesn't suffer the same battery life issue, especially because it'll need a more powerful chip to process all the information coming from the HD binocular RGB cameras and the dot projector, and a power-efficient water heater in the robot to heat the water up.
r/RobotVacuums • Prime Day Recommendations by Price Band - These are the robots I'd buy ->After a lot of searching, it seems like the Dreame e20 plus is a white label vacuum robot sold by different brands (all with compatible bags, which is what I was looking for): Dreame e20 plus Mova e20 plus Bpmio b15 plus Trouver e20 pro plus Monsga ms1 max Ultenic t10 lite There are slight differences (e.g. button location in the Monsga and Ultenic) but the base robot seems to be the same. I have been able to find Ultenic t10 lite dust bags for a reasonable price in my country.
r/Dreame_Tech • Dreame E20 Plus - Any initial reviews? ->I just got it, it does have this option 👍
r/Dreame_Tech • Dreame E20 Plus - Any initial reviews? ->Haha I know nothing about these but so far so good with vacuuming, have not tried mopping
r/Dreame_Tech • Dreame E20 Plus - Any initial reviews? ->The Dreame robot mop system is our favorite new roommate! We have a new and an older iRobot Roomba vacuums and recently got this one for the main floor. We're very happy with it. It's available in many different price ranges.
r/homeimprovementideas • Robot vacuum for home - what is the best under $500 ->Have you heard what bags will work for replacements? I called and the guy said they’d email me info and they have yet to do so a week later. It’s good for sweeping and ok for mopping so I’d like to keep it…
r/Dreame_Tech • Dreame E20 Plus - Any initial reviews? ->We have a Dreame that self empties and will mop. It’s in the pricey side, but we’ve also had n auto emptying Shark that I really liked and a Roborock that did very well but you have to empty. FWIW we have two large dogs (Alaskan Malamute and Great Pyrenees) and 8 cats.
r/CleaningTips • I'm about to check myself in a mental institution ->Thanks for the solution! I thought this is crap and was going to throw it but your solution worked! Thanks for saving my money!
