"It ’s with Dreametech for repairs. Their customer service won ’t even tell me they got the unit even thou tracking says they had. ... At this point I have to say do not buy Dreametech as if your unit breaks down it seems repair is non exited. Dallas is repair center seems to repair nothing."

"The software is a bit less polished ... Dreame software tends to just be a bit glitchier with buttons and menus. ...
