"The T50 Max Pro features Ecovacs' new "Blast Airflow Technology," producing an impressive 28 CFM, second only to the original Electrolux Trilobite (the first robot vacuum ever made!). This airflow is significantly above average and helps with debris pickup."

"They both include auto-extending side brushes and mop pads (TRUEDGE 2.0) for better edge cleaning, auto-emptying bases, mop washing and drying, and even self-cleaning stations."

"the T50 vacuum bin often didn't properly empty at the dock and so much of the vacuuming was just spreading dirt around."
If you do compare feature on vacum wars web site You can see which has matter Recommend a robo rock qrevo for auto mation Eco vac t50 pro Omni is $600 n does matter n has mop n vac but I dint like the navigation so went back to robo rock qrevo s5a But robo rock is more $. Bout $850 You get what you pay for
r/HomeKit • Top robot vacuum? Unsure if I want mop capabilities. Must be HomeKit/matter compatible. ->I got an ecovacs t30 and it definitely did a good job on keeping my floor clean, no hair tangle issue so far. Imo auto emptying and auto mop washing is a must, and it's quite enough for daily cleaning routine. But if you have low furniture clearance, then ecovacs t50 pro might be a better alternative.
r/RobotVacuums • Bot recommendations for a small apartment? (Dog hair) ->After using it for some time, I personally think it does a great job bringing these tech together, makes cleaning way more thorough. I got one earlier this year and have been using it for a while now. It’s better at cleaning carpets, I used to have a lot of hair stuck in the carpet, and some vacuums just couldn’t get it all out, but this one really does a solid job.
r/RobotVacuums • Thinking of getting t50 max pro for my carpets, good idea? ->You should choose models with tricut brush. I’m using the ecovacs t50 max pro, the suction is strong enough to pick up both my hair and my cat’s, and the self emptying works smoothly with no hair left behind.
r/RobotVacuums • Robot Vacuums & Long Hair — Help Me Escape the Manual Emptying Nightmare ->Pick one that does both, set it on schedule, it will saves you a lot of time. See if ecovacs t50 max pro is available in your region. I am really satisfied with its suction power, keeps my carpet clean. Even though it's not the latest roller mop model, I still think it mops well.
r/RobotVacuums • Buy a Vac -and- a Mop, or one that does both? ->God, there're also two little fur guys in our place, I'd like to admit that they're cute, but it's such a really really big headahce to clean they hair, like when I cleaned up the fue yesterday, it needs another cleaning today. I used t50 max pro from ecovacs, it's also need a usual cleaning, but it's sunction is big that I can finish cleaning up so fast.
r/RobotVacuums • Urgent Robot vacuum/mop recommendations needed? ->I'd say yes if your house has plenty of carpets, my t50 max pro vacuums well, and the mop pads are round, I love that it uses hot water to clean. What surprised me the most is that it can even pull dirt out of little cracks in the floor, there was this one time I spilled flour all over the floor by accident, and it cleaned up well.
r/RobotVacuums • Thinking of getting t50 max pro for my carpets, good idea? ->My first vacuum was an ecovacs, I forgot the model though. It was working fine and I unfortunately replaced it with the Roborock s7maxv for the auto mop washing features, and have had tons of issues with it right around the 1 year mark. Now I’m back with the ecovacs t50 and couldn’t be happier
r/RobotVacuums • robot vacs you've used for YEARS ->Yeah my previous one from 2 years ago was straight trash too, I’ve gone through quite a few brands at this point but randomly got the t50 pro recently to give them another shot. I’d say their app is on par with Roborock now, and the cleaning performance I’m getting from this one is miles above my old s7 maxv. Obstacle avoidance is still not the best but I’ve noticed if you run the intelligent cleaning cycles a few times, it gets better
r/RobotVacuums • Ecovacs X9 PRO Omni new top of Vacuum Wars list ->Just replaced my S7 Max V with the Ecovacs t50 Omni and I’m loving it so much more than the Roborock
r/RobotVacuums • What robotvac are you guys using right now? I may have a good answer under $500 ->Hey, thanks for reffering to my content but i do not think that the t50 max pro and the x9 (what my video is about) do perform the same for 2 reasons : 1. airflow path is different : the t50 max has a more straight one with the suction motor in the back while the one of the x9 is more "curvy" (the suction motor is placed at the side right to the bin) which should give the t50 an advantage 2. on the other side : the t50 max uses a F9 filter while the X9 only uses a m6 filter. The "better" filtration of the t50 max may result in equal or lesser performance. Nevertheless - both filtration filter are not great and do not fullfill even EPA standard - most units have at least E11 on paper - the Dyson Vis Nav is currently the only machine i am aware of that has claimed full machine HEPA filtration with at least an external 3rd party cerficicated test (the true HEPA claim of Neato is only based on "internal lab tests").
r/RobotVacuums • Thinking of getting t50 max pro for my carpets, good idea? ->I'm also debating between the same models. I recently went from the S7 to the Ecovacs T50 Pro Omni. Was not a fan, the T50 vacuum bin often didn't properly empty at the dock and so much of the vacuuming was just spreading dirt around. I did like the dual rotating mops, it was definitely doing more than the S7 mop. Returned it after 3 weeks. Two adults and a dog.
r/Roborock • Roborock Saros 10r, 70z, S8 MaxV Ultra ->Yes, it performs great on carpets. Even on lower suction levels, it still picks up 99.99% of debris it passes over!
r/RobotVacuums • Thinking of getting t50 max pro for my carpets, good idea? ->[Ecovacs robo vaccum and mop](https://a.co/d/d1r4SiK) the one with the separate tanks that cleans its own mops and dried them too. I know you said, no internet access and I’m curious as to why not, but man I freaking LOVE this thing! And there are more, better, and stronger coming. It saves me so much of my sanity! Edit to add: you still gotta do a deep clean every now and then, but far less frequent. I have mine do its thing every morning at 8am while I’m still asleep (it’s downstairs so I don’t hear it vacuum)
r/adhdwomen • So, how often do you sweep and mop? Any advice? ->Skip the Eufy coz it is too basic imp. Between the Ecovacs, go T50 Pro Omni. Better suction, AI object avoid, solid mop lift. Worth it with pets + baby on the way.
r/RobotVacuums • Narrowed my choices down to 3 options - which one do you recommend? ->Had the T50 Pro for 2 months and it’s working perfectly so far. Took us a while to figure out how to build a ramp for it, but aside from that it’s been swell.
r/ecovacs • Are the T50 robot vacuums really so terrible? ->Bought the max pro today. Can’t wait to test it out 💃🏽
r/RobotVacuums • Ecovacs T50 Max Pro and T50 Pro are REALLY good! - They Are The New Vacuum Wars #1 and #5 as of Today ->TLDR; T50 obstacle avoidance and navigation is so bad it makes any upside not worth it, will be returning. Full story; after probably months of research I finally pulled the trigger and bought the T50, for a variety of reasons. One of the biggest was the apparent value for performance as indicated by Vacuum wars. I got it set up and things seemed fine during the mapping phase. But, everything went south once it actually started cleaning. The amount of times it got stuck on regular furniture is maddening. Some common issues: - tries to go under furniture it is clearly too tall for and wedges itself stuck - randomly ignores “no go” zones i set up in the app such as high pile carpet and gets stuck - gets stuck pushing against an ottoman for no apparent reason?? - tries to run over the thin metal horizontal base that connects the legs of the chairs of my bistro set and gets stuck The app UX is also silly and unintuitive. When (not if) you get an error message saying the robot is stuck there’s no way to close it on the app, you have to restart the app. It also takes too many steps to get to basic features/settings/and functions. The whole point of a robo vac is to be autonomous so having to move or fix it every time it runs is useless. Save your money and buy a dreame or robo rock. And PLEASE @Vacuum Wars, update your rankings to weight navigation and obstacle avoidance more
r/RobotVacuums • T50 Max Pro Omni is terrible ->I located in Germany, and at €499, the T50 Pro felt like a no-brainer. It’s a newer model and feels more advanced than the other two.
r/RobotVacuums • Best budget robot vacuum or best robot vacuum overall? ->Idk what everyone else is saying. The Ecovacs T50 Pro Omni has matter 1.4 so it has specific room control and frequently goes on sale for $600. It does not need a hub to connect to HomeKit.
r/HomeKit • Cheapest Matter Robot Vacuum ->Yea I know. I definitely worded my response wrong. I only mentioned it because op mentioned the switchbot he was looking at required a hub.
r/HomeKit • Cheapest Matter Robot Vacuum ->The roller mop seems to beat the spinning mop when it comes to mopping quality, but models with roller mop are relatively more expensive, the upcoming eufy e25 is around $750+.But honestly spinning mop still works for me, I got my ecovacs t50 pro for around $650+, no complain so far, I think all those basic features is already enough for most cleaning needs.
r/RobotVacuums • Best Current Robot Mop For Polished Concrete Floors ("Rug" Vacuum Performance a potential factor) ->'The more expensive it is, the better'? Maybe not. My ecovacs t50 works fine for daily cleaning. Imo those expensive ones just have more features than the basic ones. Some features really makes a difference like auto emptying and auto mop washing, some is only useful when it meets your needs like passing thresholds or ultra thin design for low furniture.
r/RobotVacuums • First time buying a robot vacuum, recommendations needed ->Idk much about all the brands, I’ve only got a ecovacs T50 pro and that’s my first robovac. It’s been working fine for me. My place is like 60% hardwood, 30% carpet, and a bit of tile in the kitchen and bathroom btw.
r/RobotVacuums • A bit overwhelmed... ->I've been using the t50 pro for months, and yes it can handle dried spots. If my floor was really dirty, I would turn up the water volume and make it go two passes, it does a good job. No regrets so far.
r/RobotVacuums • Choosing between Qrevo Edge 5V1 and T50 Pro Omni – looking for real-world feedback on mopping quality ->I’m using the ecovacs t50 pro to pick up my long hairs and my dog’s and mop the floor almost everyday. Its anti-tangled design works well. I think it could satisfy all your needs but the price is a little higher than your budget. If you are interested in this model, it might be worth checking for discounts or coupons.
r/RobotVacuums • Need help finding a new robot vacuum ->I've got the ecovacs T50 Pro, and it feels slimmer than other robot vacuums I've used before. It can even get under a pretty low cabinet, which my old one couldn't reach. I think it's just a bit over 3 inches tall.
r/RobotVacuums • Recs for a supplemental vac to go under the couch and other furniture. My Eufy X10 can't do it. ->I got the same model because it can get under my sofa and cabinets. Before I got the robovac, I only clean those tricky spots like once every few months and the dust really piled up. Things are much easier with the robot now, after all, it cleans more thoroughly than I do.
r/RobotVacuums • Unpopular opinion: get a robot vacuum even for a small place ->I don’t have kids, but I do have a small dog, and he sheds quite a bit. I got an ecovacs t50 pro to help with that, and I’ve been using it to pick up hair from the floor almost every night. You might consider a vacuum-mop combo, cuz it could make your floor cleaning a bit easier and save you some time.
r/RobotVacuums • Looking for robot vacuum/mop advice – baby about to crawl, 2 dogs ->I like my t50 pro. It's thin enough to get under almost everything, and it still does a decent job on floors while being affordable. For my small home, the X11 would be overkill, but it does look pretty cool.
r/ecovacs • Which Ecovacs model do you think is the best among all? ->How much clearance do you have under your sofa? The T50 Pro fits under most low furniture and cleans edges really well. I don't have to move a thing anymore.
r/RobotVacuums • Looking for a robot vacuum that handles cluttered floors and cleans edges well ->I had both: The Ecovacs T50 Pro Omni and the Mova P50 Pro Ultra and tested them in detail. I also trusted the reviews for the T50, but I believe most of them are paid - there’s as you say not a single issue mentioned in them. Trust me, go for the P50. - Mapping on the T50 drew walls where there were none, and left out walls where they were. You cannot correct that in the app. Splitting the map into individual rooms was a lengthy and painful process, as the rooms kept coming out differently than you would draw them. And my simple room setup, where one room is offset a bit from the other one wasn’t possible at all, I had to give up. On the other hand, P50 got it 100% right on the first attempt. It even split rooms correctly and correctly put my couch, bed, and other furniture on the map. Beautiful! - Navigation is a lot better on the P50. It appears that T50‘s lidar that is embedded in the body, and not a tower on top, isn’t good enough yet. Not only does it stop and turn every couple of minutes, but in almost every run through my flat, it missed something. sometimes it didn’t go underneath my table, sometimes it missed a corner,…. this was actually the main point why I returned it eventually. You need to be able to trust your robot vac to clean everywhere. these were not impossible to reach places, and there was no feedback at all why it didn’t go there. P50 does an amazing job, I’ve only seen it two times avoid a small area, and then you get notified in the app: it shows you a picture of the obstacle it avoided there and you can set it to not avoid it next time - obstacle avoidance is generally much better on the p50. the t50 ate every rug with tassels / fringes I had consistently (which the p50 never did). t50 also kicked over a small couch table I had multiple times - to wash the mop pads, t50 rubs them against plastic parts in the base station. they then lose some fibers that I manually had to pull out of the plastic. p50 on the other hand aims a stream of water on the pads, so no fibers get stuck anywhere the only reasons I could see for the t50: - it’s about 2-3 cm less tall than the p50, so if you have low furniture, this might be valuable. p50 is tall, but it’s very brave and goes into spaces that are exactly as tall as itself, sometimes it even tries slowly to go into places that are a few millimeters smaller - p50 uses a bit of energy in standby (5W), while t50 uses almost none (1W). that’s only like 10 Euros per year in energy however if you’re in europe - base station of t50 is smaller. it’s quite bulky of the p50, but looks less geeky - the front wheel of the p50 breaks for many people, including for me. warranty will cover that, but you’ll have to send it in. apparently this was just a „bad batch“, according to their support, but i’m not sure if that’s true - p50 uses a bit more water - there is Matter support for T50, but not for P50. so you can easily control basic features via Apple Home. However, P50 also has some siri shortcuts and a reasonably good own voice assistant, so it’s fine all in all, I’m super happy with the p50 pro ultra. I’d go for it again 100 times.
r/RobotVacuums • Is Ecovacs app bad? ->T50 Pro is a solid all in one choice here and it’s also on sale.
r/ecovacs • Help me choose the best robot vacuum & mop for my needs! ->I’ve got one too, and you can clean the brush every so often so it doesn’t get clogged. My t50 max pro also has strong suction, it even pulls in hair, but as long as you keep it cleaned up regularly, it’s really not a big deal.
r/VacuumCleaners • Thoughts on robot vacuums? Is this a good deal? ->All that dog hair can be kinda tough for a robot, so the main thing is just keeping the tangle brush clean. I’ve got the deebot t50 max pro and the suction’s strong enough to handle the dog hair well.
r/RobotVacuums • Best budget dog hair vacuum? ->I live with my golden retriever, and I always feel he sheds more than usual. I’ve got an ecovacs t50 max pro, and the suction works really well. I think it has no problem dealing with carpet cleaning, and gets rid of the dog hair without much problem.
r/RobotVacuums • Best budget dog hair vacuum? ->We got an ecovacs deebot t50 to handle our golden retriever's shedding. I think the main thing with hair is the anti-tangle, since hair caught on the brush can be a real hassle. I feel lucky that my robot rarely has that problem.
r/goldenretriever • How do you handle daily dog hair and messes? ->You're my favorite robot vacuum reviewer! Gonna trust you on this one and I ordered the T50 Max Pro.
r/RobotVacuums • Ecovacs T50 Max Pro and T50 Pro are REALLY good! - They Are The New Vacuum Wars #1 and #5 as of Today ->I ended up getting the T50 Max. Mainly because it was cheaper, and the others were unavailable. I might have gotten the T50 pro if it was available, but it wasn’t. So far, it’s good across the board. I’m very happy.
r/RobotVacuums • T50 Pro/Max vs Dreame X40 ->I just got this one, and I’m having a terrible experience with it. Probably going to be returning it.
r/RobotVacuums • Ecovacs T50 Max Pro and T50 Pro are REALLY good! - They Are The New Vacuum Wars #1 and #5 as of Today ->I got the ecovacs t50 pro. It's a simple model, not too expensive and it has all the features that I need for daily cleaning. It does a good job on keeping my floor clean, no complains.
r/RobotVacuums • Which robot vacuum did you pick up this year? Which did you avoid? ->I think robot vacuums these days are much better than they used to be. I have the t50 pro from ecovacs. It's not a premium model, but it works just fine. You can't expect a robotvac to truly deep clean your house, but it definitely helps you to keep up with daily messes.
r/IsItBullshit • IsItBullshit: are robot vacuums actually good and worth the money? ->The Ecovac Deebot T50 Pro is awesome. I just got in a week ago. I ditched my iRobot Roomba J5 which sucked. Always got lost and stuck. The T50 has honestly been so much better and was only $650. I have 2 other iRobots that I’ll get rid of because they’re all god awful.
r/RobotVacuums • Looking for a high quality robot vacuum ->I’d highly recommend the Ecovacs T50 pro. I just got that after having a Roomba J5 which was awful. The Ecovacs does an absolute awesome job mopping and vacuums pretty well too. It has 2 spinning mopping pads which extend to get corners and close to the walls. The mapping is really good and it always finds its way back to the base, which the roomba never did.
r/RobotVacuums • Recommendations for vac/mop for LVP flooring? ->Everyone talks crap on Ecovacs but they always seem to rate high. I have a new T50 Pro and it’s been awesome compared to my iRobot vacuums
r/RobotVacuums • Ok I made a spreadsheet with Vacuum Wars data ->I am very happy with t50 max pro ! Strong Vacuum + decent mopping. Living with doggo and rabbitto
r/RobotVacuums • Looking for advice: Best robot vacuum/mop combo under ~800 USD ->I just got it too, due to high rating. It keeps getting stuck everywhere. We are picking up any possible offensive object but after a week of use, it keeps finding new things to get stuck on. I've also hand wiped the floor that it's washed 3x so far and it was still dirty. What are your issues? I am really hesitant to return it as it's a hassle and I don't know if a different vacuum would be much better.
r/RobotVacuums • Ecovacs T50 Max Pro and T50 Pro are REALLY good! - They Are The New Vacuum Wars #1 and #5 as of Today ->As someone has pointed out, they both have pros and cons, it depends on what you really want from a robovac. If you are looking for better mopping results, then eufy 28 will do the trick. Saros 10r is slim and good at avoiding stuffs. The t50 max pro has stronger suction power. But for simple daily cleaning, I think the t50 pro is also a great value choice for your situation.
r/RobotVacuums • Roborock saros 10R, Eufy E28, or Ecovacs T50 Max Pro Omni ->If you have low clearance furniture, then the t50 pro's slim design could come in handy. The max one is using a new airflow tech, it has a higher cfm and can deliver a stronger suction than the t50 pro, so it might work better on the carpets. With a vacuum/mop combo, I'd suggest doing a vacuum first and then mop, and mark the carpet as 'vacuum only' to avoid getting them wet.
r/RobotVacuums • Recommendations for robot vacuum and mop please - Australia ->I guess it depends on the person. For me, I’m usually so busy that I barely have time to clean, so my t50 max pro, I got it from ecovacs, has been a lifesaver. The suction’s great enough, and I can definitely tell there’s way less dust in my place than before.
r/RobotVacuums • Robot vacuums - are they worth it ? Do you use yours? ->Well, in that case, Saros 10/10r would do a good job on most hard floors. About the multiple floors, almost all robots nowadays have multifloor features that could save the map of different floors. But, you can only have one dock, and you have to pick the robot up from one floor to clean another floor and carry it back to the floor where its dock is placed after it's done cleaning. Like I said before, if your home is mostly carpet like in an older house, an expensive Dyson Vis Nav would beat all models from Chinese brands because it is very optimized for carpet cleaning. Chinese brands that specifically state their carpet cleaning ability currently are Dreame/Mova with their Vormax TM system (in all their models) and Ecovacs with their BLAST TM system (in T50 Max Pro and X9 Pro). I haven't seen Roborock state their carpet cleaning focus other than increasing suction power. Both Dreame/Mova and Ecovacs have different approaches. The Vormax is more focused on the cleaning head design and strong suction, while Ecovacs focuses on redesigning its turbine blade and motor power. But, there is one feature in Dreame that other brands (except Narwhal) don't have! A fur/hair compression in a dust bin. It uses air pressure to compress fur or hair in the bin so it would be packed and the robot could vacuum without needing to empty the bin many times. They are also releasing new models that have 3 mopping solution cartridges, one of which is for pet odor solution. No other brand has this feature yet. Dreame's latest Aqua 10 Pro Track now supports 100°C hot mopping with track mop instead of roller mop, but this model is now only available for the Asia region. EU and NA are coming soon. You could try Dreame/Mova! Their product are more tailored for houses with carpet and furry companions than Roborock. In fact, their websites discussed a lot about this. Also, their AI object recognition and avoidance are slightly better than Roborock's. See Dreame's website about their pet hair solution: https://www.dreametech.com/pages/robot-vacuum-for-pet-hair
r/Roborock • Robo vacuum worth it? ->I have 2 GSDs and just got an ecovacs max pro Omni. Haven’t had to pull any fur out yet. Theres a couple trapped in random places here and there, but doesn’t affect the functionality. The only issue is the object avoidance on the thing is horrible and it will ram into things. It also wedged itself under some furniture. Not to mention getting stuck after launching itself into the base of our “soothe my way” baby swing thing. Oh also decided it wanted to drive into my fireplace and drag ashes across the floor. So you need to spend a while in the app telling it where not to go, but it’s been alright now. I only have LVP and no rugs though so can’t say how it would do on carpet. I also run it daily down to keep the fur from building up. The only big fur tufts I’d have to deal with are under the couple pieces of furniture it was trying to wedge itself under, but out of sight out of mind.
r/homeautomation • Wife says it's time, what's the best robot vacuum? ->I have two German shepherds and a pitbull that both shed. No carpet in my house, just lvp fwiw. I recently returned my first robot vacuum purchase (an ecovacs t50 max pro Omni), which admittedly did do a good job of getting up the fur, but also sucked up literally anything in its path because its object avoidance was god awful. The final straw was a float switch or something malfunctioning and its base station barfing up dirty mop water all over my floor. Its replacement is a saros 10r. It does as good if not better of a job at getting the fur up on a lower power setting, so it’s much quieter. Also, its map allows you to tell it where there are pet bowls and pet beds and it will ramp up the suction just around those areas. And the object avoidance is fantastic. It got stuck a single time trying to get into my bathroom where there’s a bit of a jump up onto the tile. Has sucked up 0 cords. Got stuck on 0 flip flops. And had shit mop water onto my floor 0 times. I would highly recommend the saros 10r
r/RobotVacuums • 2 long hair shedding dogs, would any robot vacuum work? ->Do get a robot vacuum, it just makes cleaning much easier. I had the same carpet issue, so I did some research and ended up getting the ecovacs t50 max. It has a great suction power as ecovacs has reengineered its airflow system to improve airflow rather than only focusing on pascal numbers, which makes a big difference for carpets. Once it detects carpet, it automatically boosts the suction and picks up all the hair, food crumbs, and random debris. It also mops very well on hard floors.
r/Appliances • Reliable appliances recs plz ->Sure, every time it runs it will automatically update the map and it has been doing fine avoiding things like my slippers.
r/Appliances • Reliable appliances recs plz ->I just bought the t50 pro max and it’s cleaned my floors better than ever in just the 2 days. My only concern is the long term use but its user friendly and seems to clean really well while be intuitive
r/ecovacs • Are the T50 robot vacuums really so terrible? ->We didn't feel great about hiring cleaners all the time either, so we gave the Deebot T50 Pro a shot. Honestly, it’s been solid. It maps the place smartly, gets into corners better than I thought, and picks up all the pet hair. Way less stress now. And the best thing is that it's only around 8cm tall, so it can get under most things no problem, it just makes cleaning underneth the bed super easy
r/homeowners • Vacuum robot, cleaning service, or manual cleaning for a big house? ->Check out ecovacs t50pro. I have used it for a few months and it works great for me. It has a slim design so it can easily get under some low forniture at my house.
r/RobotVacuums • Robot vacuum ->I think the one you're talking about might be t50 max, they are different models, the t50 pro is less than 9cm.😊

r/RobotVacuums • Robot vacuum ->Hey everyone! I've got a special sneak peek for this community on an upcoming Vacuum Wars video. It'll be a few weeks before it hits YouTube, so I thought I would post the basics here first. **The Ecovacs T50 Max Pro is now our #1 pick for best robot vacuum, and the T50 Pro is our new best value pick!** Here's why these robots blew me away: * **Exceptional Mopping:** Both the T50 Max Pro and T50 Pro delivered the best mopping results I've ever tested—clearing dried-on stains incredibly fast and leaving very little water behind. Interestingly, Ecovacs doesn't advertise extra downward pressure, but the results suggest they might have nailed this quietly. * **High Airflow on the T50 Max Pro:** The T50 Max Pro features Ecovacs' new "Blast Airflow Technology," producing an impressive 28 CFM, second only to the original Electrolux Trilobite (the first robot vacuum ever made!). This airflow is significantly above average and helps with debris pickup. * **Value:** Both models are priced competitively, making them stand out in terms of bang for your buck, especially the T50 Pro. * **Solid Features:** They both include auto-extending side brushes and mop pads (TRUEDGE 2.0) for better edge cleaning, auto-emptying bases, mop washing and drying, and even self-cleaning stations. However, they're not perfect: * **Obstacle Avoidance:** Both were below average here, missing common obstacles more often than competitors. * **Debris Scattering:** The side brush can scatter debris on hard floors more than I'd prefer, though it's improved from previous Ecovacs models. Overall, Ecovacs really stepped up their game. The T50 Max Pro currently sits at the top of our rankings, and the T50 Pro provides incredible value, ranked fifth overall.

r/RobotVacuums • Ecovacs T50 Max Pro and T50 Pro are REALLY good! - They Are The New Vacuum Wars #1 and #5 as of Today ->I got a t50 pro. I have tiles and a very thick carpet (more than 2cm) in my apartment. For the carpet, I set a no go zone so no tanlge issue. The mopping works well on tiles. I don't have much stuff on the floor, it can dodge my chairs, dustbin and slippers, but no experience with smaller objects. It's budge friendly and got all the features that I need for daily cleaning. If you got low furniture like me then it would be a fit.
r/RobotVacuums • T50 Pro/Max vs Dreame X40 ->I was in the same boat and went with the t50 pro, I'm quite happy with it. For a smaller home, I feel like premium models could be a bit overkill unless you have specific needs like tons of pet hairs or hoping for a better mopping performance.
r/RobotVacuums • Best budget robot vacuum or best robot vacuum overall? ->I don't know much about the T30C, but I got the T50 Pro, it's really solid. Maybe see if you can find that model and check it out. As for detergent, a neutral one should be fine, but it's probably safer to stick with the brand one to avoid voiding the warranty.
r/ecovacs • Ecovac T30C ->I’m on my second Ecovacs and love it. First was a T8+ that was good, but just upgraded to a T50 Pro with better mopping and automatically empties itself, cleans the mop pads, fills itself with clean water etc. Very low maintenance and does a great job.
r/smarthome • What smart home upgrade made you say “why didn’t I do this sooner”? ->I just got my ecovacs t50 ommi non pro or max...so far it been Great.... I got it from bestbuy so I have 2 month return period and a 2 year warranty....I will be running it daily to fully test it for 2 months
r/RobotVacuums • What is the most reliable robot vacuum? ->Xiaomi X20+ is better for homes <50sqm because there’s no onboard water tank. I’d get Dreame’s L10S Pro Ultra Gen 2 because it has much more features that work compared to the other robots in this price range. Ecovacs’ T50 Pro Omni has navigation issues due to an embedded lidar and obstacle avoidance issues because it has an RGB camera but no led fill light for dark environments. It can also only map up to 100sqm which wouldn’t be suitable for larger homes.
r/RobotVacuums • Are These Mid-Range Robot Vacuums Any Good—or Am I Missing a Winner? ->I have an old Roomba that is "dumb" and endlessly gets stuck under my TV stand so during the recent Amazon Prime Day sale I purchased the Ecovacs Deebot T50 Pro Omni because it was thin enough to fit under the guilty TV stand and I was hopeful the mapping would be a huge upgrade....UNFORTUNATELY the smart features of this robot prevent it from going under the TV stand (even though it does fit) AND it will not going under my skirted sofa (which is one of my favorite things about the Roomba). There is plenty of room for it to go under the sofa but the skirt reaches nearly to the floor and the T50 keeps "seeing" it as a wall. On the recommendation of a Redditor on the Ecovacs board I enabled the "extreme passage" setting and disabled "AIVI 3D 3.0 in the hopes that it would go under those objects to no avail. SO, now I am thinking maybe any vacuum that "sees" and maps the room is going to have the same issue with the sofa skirt and am wondering if I need to find a thin "dumb" robot to just bump its way around my living room. Any recommendations--either for a thin "dumb" robot or a "smart" robot that will enter under a skirted sofa would be appreciated. I don't mind having to self empty etc--I just really want a vacuum that will go under my furniture without getting stuck. And while a mop would be great it's not a must have..that under the furniture requirement is really the top need/want for me. Thanks in advance for any input/advice/recommendations!
r/RobotVacuums • Thin robot vacuum recs ->I tried running it a couple more times--the only way it would go under sofa is for me to pin the skirt up each time, which is more work than just flipping it over and running a normal vacuum so I decided to send it back. I've ordered a "dumb" Eufy vac that is thin enough to go under my tv stand without getting stuck...will see how it does. Will have to wait until the "smart" mapping robots have more features to allow it to go under the sofa. Someone on another board suggested the Dreame and Mova have that feature but they don't make robots as thin as I need. Thanks to all for their input.
r/RobotVacuums • Thin robot vacuum recs ->Update-tried pinning up the skirt on one side to test-remapped and it went under the sofa. After mapping complete I set it to clean and it went under that end of the sofa to clean. (I should note this is a large sectional sofa -9’x7’)SO, today I pinned up the entire skirt, remapped and tried to clean. Ran the clean cycle twice and would NOT go under the sofa either time even though the mapping doesn’t show anything there 🤦🏼♀️😫. I have enabled “extreme passage” and disabled AIVI 3D 3.0 in settings per another suggestion on the ECOVACS board. First pic is mapping with no skirt pinned up. Second pic is mapping with one side pinned. Final 2 are with the entire skirt pinned. https://preview.redd.it/vuccghsiyfff1.jpeg?width=1320&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d8fc2268343181242d226ea12b295a941f3f8ba6
r/RobotVacuums • Thin robot vacuum recs ->Spinning-pad mopping robots have an advantage over roller robots in one major area: they are typically better at edge and corner cleaning. Roller robots have started to get edge cleaning abilities only recently, and as far as I've seen, the implementations do not (yet) get as close as good spinning-pad robots, especially in corners. The advantages roller robots have don't matter to you, since you're most likely breaking out the wet-vac for anything like that anyway. So I think you'd be happier with the T50 or Mova P50.
r/RobotVacuums • Which mopping method for a clean household? ->The ecovacs t50 is considered "top of the line" but they also have some solid cheaper options. I think the Dreame brand is also considered great from $200-600, and even for $300-400 I think includes a solid mop option. I guess I don't see the point of a multi-floor mapping robot vacuum since lowering/raising it floors with base station is a pain. And at that price point of the base station, might as well get a bargain bin second robot vacuum instead from a previous generation.
r/unpopularopinion • Robot vacuums are expensive and a waste of time. ->Great reply, and thank you! So, my full story is I purchased the Ecovac T50, I've been using it for a couple weeks. But I have some frustrations with it. I've had to re-map many times. I believe the leading reason is we recently put down hardwood floor in the living room, and the sliders on my couch in combination with 2 young feral children causes it to move around a bit, which seems to completely throw off the robots map. I've since replaced those sliders with non-slide pads, and haven't had to re-map yet, though it's only been 3 days so we'll see. The obstacle avoidance is leaving much to be desired, and with 2 kids and 3 cats it's struggle to keep everything up all the time. I've had to return it to it's base a few times even after I had thought I moved pretty much everything it would get caught on in some cases. The "Zero-Tangle" brush got hair wrapped around it in the first week, causing damage to the rubber pieces on the brush. I also really dislike the app, it's frustrating and the room setup and divisions and extremely annoying to get set up the way I want, and having to re-map so many times just adds to that frustration. This my first mopping robovac, so it's possible that this is normal for them, but I also smell a pretty awful smell while it's drying it's mops, it was worse when we first got it, though I'm not sure if it's getting better or I'm just getting used to the smell. All of those gripes aside, I do really like the look and cleaning of the T50. When it isn't aggravating, it does a great job at keeping the floors nice. I haven't seen the L40 as low as $399 and I am in the US, but I did end up ordering it on Amazon for $630 with the tri-cut brush included today. The Mova was around that same price but the sale ended today and it went back up to $899 which is stepping outside of the budget I'm looking to spend unfortunately. I'm going to see how I like the L40, but from what I've seen and read it looks to check all the boxes. I'll likely return the T50 if it works out. I really like that the L40 can detect liquid and turn the suction/brushes off for just mopping. Extremely helpful with the kids running around. I've also seen some reports of Ecovacs getting fried from liquid damage.
r/RobotVacuums • Ecovac T50 Pro (non-max) vs Dreame L40 Ultra ->I bought the Ecovac T50 based off robot wars, specs, and other reviews. So much frustration. I got the Dreame L40 Ultra to compare it head to head, and I'm loving this robot. The L40 has performed extremely well in my home. I believe the T50 is going back this week.
r/RobotVacuums • Best Robot Vacuum ->Roborock Qrevo 5AE is nice, be carefull with Roborock though, they have hundreds of variants, all with tiny differences. I've got an Ecovacs DeebotT50 omni, it's pretty similar to Roborock 5AE in features, but the lower mounted lidar means it gets under a bit more furniture, but crucially, picks up a lot more obstacles!
r/RobotVacuums • Looking for a robot vacuum and mop with a dock and dustbin under 500$ ->I've had it for a week now, I use it every day, and it hasn't gotten stuck yet. I previously tried an Ecovacs Omni T50, and it got stuck several times.
r/RobotVacuums • Dreame L40 ultra AE - Obstacle avoidance ->I would say go with the Ecovacs T50,or T50 pro if you want a longer runtime. I have a T30, its been great but it has only side mop, the new one T50 has both side brush and mop, so definitely better at cleaning edges and corners.
r/RobotVacuums • Help me choose the best robot vacuum & mop for my needs! ->We've had roomba, ecovacs, and Miele in the past. The Ecovacs pro Omni is my favorite. I run Miele scout about once a week for large particles dragged in from the yard. Long hair is no match for this model and it doesn't get stuck everywhere and suck up cords. It has great mapping and AI integration. I highly recommend it and the winbot.
r/homeautomation • Wife says it's time, what's the best robot vacuum? ->We got a Eufy vacuum only a few years ago and after having to sweep everyday due to having 2 dogs and a cat, it was this amazing luxury I couldn't even imagine. It ran really well for a long time. Then it did need to be replaced. We got the same model but this one had some issues rather soon. The remote stopped working which was a little important since i had a non mapping model. I still ran it but it would push dining room chairs around, get stuck on the base of our fan and cat scratcher. During Prime we splurged on a Ecovac Deebot that mops. Wow it is such an upgrade from what we 1st started with. We are really happy with its performance, my floors have never been so nicely maintained. Totally worth it.
r/RobotVacuums • Are robot vacuum's worth it? ->I’ll never ever gonna buy Ecovacs again. Cheap parts, horrible app, just overall a very frustrating experience.
r/homeassistant • What's the best recommended Robot Vacuum on the market that you really swear by? ->Have a Deebot. Insane quality. But they could really up their game in terms of software - for old and new models.
r/gadgets • iRobot’s future isn’t looking up ->I haven’t seen many good reviews of irobot here, and it doesn’t seem that many people use it. I use an ecovacs deebot myself, and if you’re not in a rush, the X8 pro omni might be worth a look. I’ve had it for a few months and it’s been really reliable so far.
r/RobotVacuums • Best robot vacuum ->I owned a DeeBot and I sent it back after a week. The mapping function was terrible. It was amazing at cleaning but I don’t want to fight with a vacuum. Customer service suggested I join their support group on Facebook for assistance. I can’t even make this mess up. I’m not joining a group to use a vacuum. Instead, I bought a cheap mop/ vacuum combo from Inova and it was amazing. I still use it 2.5 years later. I’m in the market for an upgrade now that budget is larger.
r/RobotVacuums • Recommendations for a RoboVac with good mop functionality ->We have a deebot, one that mobs and vacuums. Don't even hesitate. This thing cleans. We come home and its clean. spill something, he comes mop it up. Its even entertainment for the dog.
r/oddlysatisfying • Cleaning up the mess ->I have an Ecovacs Deebot, and it does a decent job. It has the self-empty, but doesn't work on cat hair unfortunately. However, the vacuum picks up a lot of cat hair.
r/VacuumCleaners • Thoughts on robot vacuums? Is this a good deal? ->I bought an anti-tangle roller for my robot vacuum and it works pretty well. I have a Deebot but I'm sure they make them for other brands, too.
r/CleaningTips • What’s the one cleaning hack that actually keeps your house clean every day? ->I equate robot vacs to hand sanitizer. They do the job, but at the end of the day, soap and water make your hands feel the cleanest. I have both an ecovac deebot and a roomba 405. Honestly, the cheaper deebot worked more consistently than the Roomba. Their app is dodgy as heck. If you have pets with fur, I've found the old school janitor brooms to be the most efficient and effective on floors. Too much fur tends to clog up Roomba vacs. Go cheap to dip your toes in the robot waters.
r/VacuumCleaners • Thoughts on robot vacuums? Is this a good deal? ->Do NOT go for ecovacs deebot... What a shitshow... Worst 800€ I ever spent...
r/homeassistant • Best automatic robot vacuum? ->$500 is a critical threshold. I have had different Deebots for years and they are very helpful, but the real game changers are the Omni-stations. You definitely want to buy one with a station, that can empty the dust bin, clean and dry the mopping pads. The real magic of these robots is, if you have to interact with them, as little as possible. Having to only empty and refill the robot once a week, instead of daily was the hugest step in comfort for me personally.
r/homeassistant • Robot Vacuums Under $500: Are They Worth It ->I have a eufy S1. I chose it because I wanted something that was near-flagship, but <$1000. I also really wanted a roller mop as opposed to spinning mop pads. I hated the idea of smearing dirty pads around the floor. I've had it for about a month and am in love after replacing a very, very old Ecovacs Deebot which had no mapping nor navigation. The improvement is night and day.
r/homeautomation • Whats the best robot vacuum for an average home? ->Using ecovacs deebot and thoroughly satisfied
r/BuyItForLifeIndia • Best robotic vacuum and mop for Indian households and your experiences ->My Roborock has been great for me and it was about $700CAD so well within your budget. Vacuums, mops, all those things. The one I had before was a Deebot Ecovacs. It was $1000 CAD and a software nightmare. Cleaned well (not better than the Roborock though) but the software made me want to throw my phone everytime I used it because I had to remap almost every time I changed floors even though it can apparently save 3 maps.
r/homeassistant • What's the best recommended Robot Vacuum on the market that you really swear by? ->I had a deebot for a couple of years and it was good. So, when it died, I got another one. That one didn't work right and oh my GOSH their customer service was horrible. I ended up returning it and got a Shark. I have no experience with Roborock but will avoid Ecovacs moving forward just because of their horrible customer service.
r/RobotVacuums • Can't decide which one ->Bought ecovacs Deebot. The sensors stopped working after 2 years. Got it replaced and the cost was 8K. A year later, the sensors again stopped working and the replacement cost was again 8K. A friend of mine who bought the Deebot 1 year after me had the same issues with the sensors. Their service is expensive. Even to just visit and check the issue they charge 1K. So don’t buy Ecovacs.
r/BuyItForLifeIndia • Best robotic vacuum and mop for Indian households and your experiences ->My deebot has been decent 🤷♂️
r/homeassistant • What's the best recommended Robot Vacuum on the market that you really swear by? ->Ok so I have bought 3 robovacs in the last month. a cheap roborock with no dock, a j15 ultra and a ecovacs omni. By far the best mapping was roborock. But the other two vacs are better as they mop and have docks. The eureka j15 pro ultra is the best but the ecovacs isn't much worse for half the price. I paid 250 for the roborock, 650 for the ecovacs and 1200 for the eureka j15. My favourite is the j15 pro ultra and its not much different to the j15 ultra going for 900 now. The battery lasts way longer than the ecovacs omni but both do about the same level of cleaning. I run both mine twice a day just to see how they go and my floors have never been cleaner, whatever way you go a robot vac is awesome. Just schedule in and it cleans, best m9ney I've spent in a while. And yes I do need a couple as I have a large house. This is australia pricing aswell and I bought on the Amazon sales so they were cheap.
r/RobotVacuums • Need Real Feedback Before I Drop $$$ – Roborock, Dreame, Ecovacs, Eufy… (or Others) - Help Me Decide ->I live by mine. Deebot with self emptying. Has full map and Lidar so barely gets caught. Starts when I leave home and when I return it docks and empties. I barely see it.
r/IsItBullshit • IsItBullshit: are robot vacuums actually good and worth the money? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
