"I run it once a day, and mop a couple times a week. ... In fact, my wet/dry floor vacuum just died so its pulling even more work right now as it's the only real mop I now have, other than a Swiffer."
"My GOD am I glad I did. I had no idea how much I had been missing! ... We have 2 dogs and a cat, and live more rural. That means dirty paws folks, and a lot of them. The mopping and vacuuming has been no short of amazeballs. Not amazing. Amazeballs."
"The current champ of perfectly sparkling clean floors. ... Have 5 dogs tracking in dirt all day? Run this mop and go eat off the floor. That's how clean it is. ... Step aside spinny & vibration mops, this constantly clean roller mop is the champ. ... The mopping ability is light-years ahead of the Curv. ... The continously cleaning of fresh water is where is truly unique. ... You will be delighted and shocked on how amazing this E28 is. Its truly incomparable to any roborock. Get ready to start eating off your floors 😁😉"

"significantly worse object avoidance than than the Dreame x40 and L40 ... The best feature of the L40/X40/p10 pro ultra is that they have class leading object avoidance so you don't have to pick up your cat's toys or prep your house every time you want to run the robot meaning you can run it on a daily schedule which will keep your house cleaner. ... I run my X40s daily and they never get stuck on cables, cat toys and other random junk that ends up on the floor."
"I can basically always trust my X40 to finish a midnight cleaning session in the dark and wake up to find it sitting in its dock and have clean floors in the morning."
"I think its hands down the best all around option right now, especially once you hook it up to the water line and drain, i run it daily in our house and we got rid of our cleaning help because of it."

"battery lasts me forever, I charge it once a week and I game every day."
"16 days battery life on my fenix. ... The other aspect I really appreciate about my fenix is the battery life. 16 days or so. With everything I have to change these days (laptops, mice, keyboards, headphones, watches, phones), I appreciate not having to worry about it too often."
"Oh, and the battery lasts days even when exercising a lot (weeks without excercise)."

"It picks up all the cat fur, all the dog fur, all the litter, all the human hair."
"I have one teenager who’s messy and a dog who sheds like it’s her job. It’s been a game changer."
"I’ve seen on the camera the poor guy making multiple trips to self empty while in one room but it’s cut the hair buildup tenfold."

"the real game changers are the Omni-stations. ... You definitely want to buy one with a station, that can empty the dust bin, clean and dry the mopping pads. ... Having to only empty and refill the robot once a week, instead of daily was the hugest step in comfort for me personally."
"Starts when I leave home and when I return it docks and empties. ... I barely see it."
"I've got the Ecovacs Omni with the docking station and it's great. ... Docking station is a must in my opinion. Especially if you have a larger home. It's the difference between the whole house being vacuumed, and just the remainder of the capacity in the robot, which varies depending on when you emptied it last."

"Ecovacs has the worst after sales of any company in any place of the world I have ever experienced. ... The company won’t take responsibility and goi around in circles. ... They wasted more than 6 months after talk to multiple people and site visits and it was escalated till the head of the after sales who I will name clearly: Tanmay Gangani, who is an absolute unprofessional and blatant liar with no sense of responsibility and ethics."
"charging exception faults that they cannot fix"
"Got it replaced and the cost was 8K. ... the replacement cost was again 8K. ... Their service is expensive. Even to just visit and check the issue they charge 1K."

"It was also that the machine wasn't putting enough downward pressure on the mop or the roller. ... And yet it just still didn't get in there as much as I wanted it to."
"Mova Z50 > eufy Omni E25 > Mova P50 Pro Ultra. ... The Mova P50 has dual spinning pads instead of a roller mop. It vacuums and mops worse than both."
"My dreame x50 out performs it ... And the dreame is doing a muuuuuch better job at mopping"

"a very, very old Ecovacs Deebot which had no mapping"
"a very, very old Ecovacs Deebot which had no navigation"
"It was $1000 CAD and a software nightmare. ... the software made me want to throw my phone everytime I used it because I had to remap almost every time I changed floors even though it can apparently save 3 maps."

"Cheap parts"
"The sensors stopped working after 2 years. ... A year later, the sensors again stopped working ... A friend of mine who bought the Deebot 1 year after me had the same issues with the sensors."

Ecovacs just launched the X11 that has matter support. In the Home app it lets me swap between vacuum and mop, choose rooms to clean, and HomeKit automations. I was sort of expecting just basic on/off functionality so pleasantly surprised. Only been using for two weeks but so far so good.
r/HomeKit • Robot Vacuum/Mop combos that have HomeKit native? ->Just ordered the Roborock Qrevo Curv X this morning with the Black Friday sale. We used to have a cheaper Ecovacs Deebot and hated it/sold it because it would get stuck all the time on our carpets and couldn't get over our bathroom threshold. We recently moved into a multi story unit with hardwood floors and excited to see how this new one goes.
r/RobotVacuums • What robot vacuum are you getting? ->The CurvX is almost $1500 from the Roborock website where I live. They're probably not pushing it for the Swedish market... Funny though, I also returned an EcoVacs X11 just a couple of weeks ago. Honestly, anything would be an upgrade from my S5, but I feel like the price to performance is so random at times. I can get a Qrevo Edge 5V1 for $740 and a Saros 10R for $1540 right now. The Dreames are all over the place too.. I guess I'll see what black friday brings :)
r/RobotVacuums • Roller mop, maintenance & suggestions ->I have a ecovacs deebot. I've had it a year and a half and have had to replace the brushes on it twice. It's ok to stretch out the vacuuming I have to do with my dyson, but I still need to vacuum about once a week. Twice a week during high shed seasons. It has a mop attachment, but I don't use it as my kitchen and bathrooms are small and the rest of my house is carpet.
r/bernesemountaindogs • Robot vacuum recommend for BMD ->Can your parrots roam freely around the house? My two can only stay in the bird room, so there're always feathers and bits of seeds on the floor. When I run my ecovacs deebot, I just let it clean the bird room too. After that, I don't really need to clean it again myself.
r/parrots • Does anyone here use any robot vacuums/mops? ->I’ll never ever gonna buy Ecovacs again. Cheap parts, horrible app, just overall a very frustrating experience.
r/homeassistant • What's the best recommended Robot Vacuum on the market that you really swear by? ->My ecovacs x11 handles the mapping well and can clean my house in one go, it's about 2000 sq ft. But your place is too big, it might be struggling with only one robot.
r/RobotVacuums • Looking for a robot vacuum for a large house. ->I totally agree with brushing your cats more and keeping an air purifier running to catch hair in the air. I also run my deebot every day to clean up the hair on the floor, it really helps keep the amount of hair under control.
r/CatAdvice • Cat hair ->Many higher-end robots can handle one inch thresholds. For around 1600 sq ft, I'd check out the ecovacs x11. It charges fast and so it's supposed to clean your whole place in one go without needing to stop and recharge.
r/RobotVacuums • Help me pick my first vacuum/mop robot ->Have a Deebot. Insane quality. But they could really up their game in terms of software - for old and new models.
r/gadgets • iRobot’s future isn’t looking up ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
